Dinner is just one small dish and one small appetizer, room very noisy and not so clean, forniture for the beach is broken and not enough for the guests. Breakfast is very poor. Employs are very rude and arrogant, receptionist the worst. The sea is marvelous but just it.

Flott velkomst. Utrolig avslappende atmosfære fra ende til annen. Flott, rent, moderne, romslig rom ved bassenget. Noe lavt trykk i dusj, men regndusj kompenserte litt for det. Fin balkong for morgenkaffen og glass bobler. God følelse av luksus og ivaretakelse uten å bli overdådig. Vennlige og oppmerksomme ansatte overalt. God frokost med fin variasjon for enhver smak, uten å ha enorm utvalg. Mange forskjellige egg på bestilling. God kaffe som kan bestilles både til frokost og til ettermiddags teen. Alt inkludert i frokosten. En hel del å velge mellom til lunsj og middag. Har man måltider inkludert er det endel å velge i og ved behov kan man bestille artige retter for et tillegg. Dyrere kjøttretter som f.eks. entrecôte er mulig til ca. 450nok som et tillegg. Men ikke mulig å presentere kjøttstykker i forkant. Enkelte servitører er veldig ivrige på upsale av både teppanyaki og sjømatfat, noe som kan oppleves litt slitsomt. De aller fleste tilbyr dette på en behagelig, respektfull måte. Har man ønsker eller behov for noe som helst, er alle veldig behjelpelig om det skulle vøre en gaffel, peanøtter eller større ting. Får ikke lov til å bære og hente selv. Eiendommen og hager er godt vedlikeholdt. Hele tiden noen som rengjør og tar vare på hotellområdet. I junitider var det lett å få en solseng ved bassenget og stranden. Ikke noe musikk i området, tiltak som gjør oppholdet avslappende. Levende musikk ene dagen til middag. Alt i alt fortreffelig opphold de få dagene vi hadde.

The receptionist, named Jeremy, is bald with a beard. He's terrible, disrespectful, and rude. He's damaging the chalet's reputation. He accused me multiple times of taking two drinks from the minibar, and I told him repeatedly that I hadn't taken anything, but he wouldn't believe me. He's impolite, unprofessional, and a liar. The driver called him to ask if the road to the chalet was safe and good, and Jeremy replied that it was unsafe, bad, and difficult to reach. When we took the road, it turned out to be safe and good! Jeremy ruined my vacation and made my wife and me unhappy. I paid a lot of money to have a pleasant trip, but he spoiled it. His attitude is disgusting and rude. He should be fired from the chalet so that it doesn't lose more customers. I'm going to change chalets and never return to Chalet Shamral. There are other beautiful chalets in the same area with respectful and courteous staff. The waiter at the restaurant, named Kafan, is wonderful, helpful, and respectful. The porter, named Abdul Hakim, is polite, respectful, and excellent. I will send this message to all tourist websites, hotels, and tour operators. You must buy enough water before arriving at the chalet because there is no grocery store nearby, and the chalet's restaurant closes early and is very expensive. You will need water at night.

Amazing staff, everyone is so gentle and supportive. The hotel is amazing very clean. Hotel beach is wonderful; too bad that the public beach nearby is very dirty (obviously not hotel fault) 5 stars breakfast ; we loved it We found the dinner a bit too expensive but not crazy expensive Big applause to the staff again
