Bedroom 1 has a king bed, dresser, TV, walk-in closet and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two queen beds along with generous closet space and private bathroom.
The upstairs living room has enough space for an air mattress for an extra sleeping area, a couch and a smart tv.
The main floor has a full kitchen which includes everything needed to prepare meals, keep your beverages cold and watch a movie. Also included: washer/dryer, 1/2 bathroom on main floor, outdoor shower, beach towels, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, floaties, outdoor patio, grilling area, docking space for boat(s).
Pontoon is available for rent upon availability ($ 125/day).
The rental home is attached to owner's main house which is separated by an indoor patio.
