“We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!”

“Das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Es war groß, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. 2 Badezimmer, für 4 Personen...top! Ein großes Lob für den Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern im gesamten Haus. Es liegt ein wenig abgelegen, aber dafür hat man natürlich seine Ruhe. Zu dem Strand nach Andora brauchten wir ca. 25 Minuten und dort gab es auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz Hochsaison, bekamen wir immer strandnahe einen Parkplatz. “Liebevoll eingerichtetes kleines Häuschen mit sehr hilfsbreitem Vermieter. Für uns waren die kleinen Badestellen mit ihren Wasserfällen entlang des Flusses das Besondere des Urlaubs. Auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir unser Morgenyoga praktizieren und dabei den herrlichen Bergblick geniessen.”

“Kleiner Bungalow in schönem Garten mit Wahnsinnsausblick, sauber, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool ist groß und warm mit eigenen Liegen und Sonnenschirm. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Kleiner, wenig besuchter Strand mit direkter Parkmöglichkeit in Eze.”

“A bit difficult to find and the approach is quite winding and steep. Communication with the landlady was great. Apartment very clean. For families who live cheaply and well and especially on trips to Nice, Cannes and Monaco as we are the ideal accommodation!”

“Inizio dicendo che la proprietaria della struttura è estremamente gentile e disponibile, quindi ringrazio Iolanda. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina, ma posso dire che è ben attrezzata. Letto e divano letto sono abbastanza comodi (assicuro che non è scontato). La casa dista dal mare 10 minuti di auto, è semplice da raggiungere, ci sono posteggi nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati molto bene.”

“Het huisje is perfect alleen wordt er bij omschrijving verteld dat er 10 treden zijn maar dat zijn er wel veel meer. Wij waren buiten adem toen we boven waren met onze spullen . En ook ligt het naast een kerk die vanaf 6 uur smorgens elk half uur per dag heel hard luid . Dus wil je uitslapen of een siësta doen dan is dit huis zeker niet aan te bevelen.”

Die kleine Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und Liegestühle standen uns im Garten zur Verfügung. Montegrosso Pian Latte ist ein kleiner Ort, der einfach schön ist, so wie man sich das Leben von früher vorstellt. Der Blick vom Liegestuhl in die Berge einfach schön. “Mr Antonios hospitality = 5/5 stars He helped us with everything and a little bit more! :-) Unbelievable dinner - dont miss that one. Supernice view over Seborga-village and Bordighera-village close to the beach. The stonehouse had everything. (A little bit warm, we didnt have any AC - maybe bring a mosquito net…) We will def go there again. Excellent stay and place! :-)”

“The property was cozy, wonderful large balcony overlooking the hill and then onto the sea. All the possible necessities be it in the bathroom, bedroom, living or in the kitchen were there… achieving full comfort, home-feeling while abroad.. would gladly return.. (Roads in this area are quite narrow, if renting a vehicle make sure it’s a smaller model…)”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber gewesen. Wir haben nur einen Kretikpunkt : Große und etwas breitere Menschen kommen die Wendeltreppe vom Erdgeschoss zur ersten Etage nicht herauf -oder herunter. Da im EG aber das Bad ist, muss man außen ums Haus herum um auf Toilette und so na Bad zu kommen. Das gleiche Problem besteht bei der zweiten Etage. Hier ist die offene Küche mit Wohnbereich....

“Der bildschöne Außenbereich mit dem schönen Pool ist super toll und die Vermieterin, die direktem Haus daneben wohnt kümmert sich jeden Tag um die Pflege des Gartens, der wie ein botanischer Garten mit zusätzlich vielen Zitronenbäumen aussieht. Zudem ist sie sehr nett. Das Häuschen ist darunter und recht klein, aber hübsch mit antiken Möbeln. Für uns als Familie mit Hund war es perfekt.”
