“We had a wonderful stay at this ski lodge! The location was fantastic! close to everything we needed and perfect for enjoying the snow. The hot breakfast each morning was absolutely amazing and a great way to start the day. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly, welcoming. Highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food, a convenient location, and genuinely wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Tv,s in whole complex were all not working due to antenna out for some weeks. Broken toilet seat. Broken door on ensuite. Terrible pillows. Rattling external door outside room which had to be jammed shut until finally fixed late in week due to being a fire exit. Overwhelming musty smell in reception and main hall which permeated into rooms. Reception only manned when large groups checking in. Staff friendly but seem to be their for good time only. Poor breakfast choices that improved when...

“Dark and dingy breakfast area, smelt mouldy and needed light. Open the doors windows and let air into the place. Greeted by front office staff member with things on not a good impression. Place needs renovation and brightening up. The lounge off to the side of the main reception area smells like someone has died in there. Really bad smell couldn’t get out of there quick enough ”

“The property was exactly as advertised and contained everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient -only 15 mins out of Jindabyne and less than half an hour to Kosciuszko NP. The tiny house was surrounded by bushland and farmland, and there was plenty of wildlife spotting. Craig was welcoming and accommodating, and his thoughtfulness in establishing the accommodation is evident. I would definitely recommend Big Yard Escapes as a peaceful getaway from the city or the grind. ”

Con circa 250 dollari al giorno: -non ti rifanno nemmeno il letto ne' ti cambiano gli asciugamani sporchi (se vuoi che la camera venga pulita devi pagare 35 dollari extra, mentre per avere asciugamani puliti devi portare tu quelli sporchi alla reception.....) -a colazione ti danno il caffe solubile, se vuoi un caffè decente lo devi pagare extra -al ristrorante servizio pessimo (non prendono le ordinazioni, abbiamo dovuto...

“Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!”
