“The staff were wonderful - kind, friendly, and helpful - but the facility itself is pretty run down. Only one functioning elevator and it's very slow. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and creaked horribly. The wifi didn't work, which meant the TV didn't work, despite the staff trying to fix it (it was fixed for about an hour and then the wifi went out again, and none of my other devices could connect either). Everything was clean but it's run down so the ceiling ends bathtub were stained,...

The elevator buttons are broken, homeless people everywhere the room is so small if you were a fart, you would smell it a week later.”
