“Needed a good overnight stay at a simple and convenient location. No Issues.”

“The hotel smelled HORRIBLE despite air purifiers being everywhere. The pool was cloudy and had bandaids floating in it. The handicap lift for the pool was cracked and falling apart. Upon arrival, there were French fries on the floor. My daughter pulled the sheets back and there were spiders in the bed. The hotel staff was not helpful or very nice. They didn’t want to refund me. I contacted Expedia customer service and they quickly helped me and got my money back.”

“Beds were a bit to loud and either there was people screaming or the doors were to thin you can hear them outside but overall great stay staff was friendly,rooms were clean fridge worked no weird smells or stains pretty good overall”

“Tv didn’t work. A/C took a while to cool off. Maid didn’t clean very well. We found dirty towels in the bathroom. Advertising said there was a pool and there was none. Phone in the room didn’t work. Lots of stragglers in parking lot all night long.. front desk was no help.”

“The hotel requires a $50 hold on a credit or debit card for use of chargeable services. This was not disclosed in the ad. The staff was argumentative during check in. There was a complimentary breakfast included in the ad. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged waffles (with no syrup available), muffins, yogurt, juice, and really disgusting coffee. The air in the non-smoking room was dank with mold and mildew. It was obvious the air conditioner was the source. The carpet was in need of...

“Soon as we pulled up to the property at 1:30 am we noticed a lot of people standing outside. One of those people walked up to the car to attempt a drug transaction not knowing who we were. There was noise and traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. Lastly the room had fleas”

“The room was fine, however, there was black mold in the bathroom on the shower walls, the exhaust fan was out of service. There were areas where there were repairs, no effort to blend it. (Wall patches etc.) I feel details of cleanliness were left out (grease splatter on the wall behind the stove top, marks and other things on the baseboards). Free of bedbugs but a mattress protector would be nice to have on each bed for cleanliness.”

“The check-in process went smoothly and the room and hotel were clean minus the weird smell in the elevator. The shower sucked!!! I absolutely hated it. I hope they weren’t all like that. The staff was helpful.”

“I live in hotels full time for the past 2 years. I've stays in hundreds of them. This is by far the worst. Bugs everywhere. I had to buy bug strips because of how many flys. Also the ceiling drips. It wasn't raining either. Who knows what liquid it was. But it will drip on your bed. Blood on the walls. Bed sheets dont get changed ever. You will have to sleep in dirty sheets.”

“Could not get temperature set correctly. Fitness room was dirty and not much to offer as well as no water. I got down to breakfast at eight fifteen and there was not a lot as well as not good. Check-in staff was fine. Check out she. Arely acknowledged us. Did not feel safe in area around the hotel, no restaurants were close. I will not stay there again.”
