“My first night at the hotel, I found several small live roaches around the bed and under the alarm clock. The next morning, I found several more in the bathroom. I immediately requested to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, the front desk employee seemed more interested in her crossword puzzle than addressing my concerns. “There was construction going on and was woke up 2 mornings out of 3 with load banging was never told there was construction before booking I would of stayed somewhere else”

The manager of this food court establishment showed zero interest in trying to rectify this issue because he was too busy entertaining his son. “We have been staying here for years as it is the only smoke free property in Biloxi, MS. Food is great at Wahoo’s poolside bar/cafe, breakfast is incredible at Stacks inside the casino and The Cafe has our FAV banana pudding and red velvet cookies (too!) handy when you want some. Nicest people and best view of the marina in Biloxi. “This was a spur of the moment decision to get this hotel as it was right off the highway. They had really good prices so we were a little worried it would be a dump. It ended up being even better than the hotel we stayed at for our vacation! It was clean, the room was big and clean and cool. We missed the breakfast so I have no comment on that but everything else was great!”
