“The elevator was working when we carried all our stuff to the sixth floor checking in then the elevator stopped working we had to walk down 6 flights stairs to eat dinner and come back up 6 flights to our room. The next morning when we were checking out the elevator was still not working and we are old and I just had hip surgery 2 months ago so we couldn’t carry everything down. We walked down for breakfast and the night manager had no answers to how they were going to handle the luggage issue...
