“I felt deceived. I intentionally reserved this property due to the advertised soaking tub. Additionally, I upgraded the room to guarantee that I would have the specific feature. My room was outdated and had inadequate plumbing. The on-site restaurants were substandard, particularly considering their prices. While I may consider visiting the area again, I will not choose to stay at this property in the future.”

“My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Wiggins was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout my visit. They were kind enough to work with me on checking in early, which made my trip much smoother, and they also helped me easily add an extra night to my stay without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service.”
