“Clean room”

“The rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable. I will say the staff was very friendly and helpful. Due to previous planned events were were not able to use any of the amenities. ”

“My key did not work the next time we tried to get in after check-in. We went STS weekend and it is by the Gulfport Dragway and the people leaving were cutting up and being extremely loud.”

“SCREAMING IN ROOM NEXT TO OURS AND OF COURSE THE SMELL OF POT. SECURITY CAME UP BUT DID NOTHING. THEY DIDNT ATTEMPT TO DETERMINE WHICH ROOM IT WAS COMING FROM.”

“I liked that it came with a 4+ rating. That it is not. The oder in the foyer had the sent of marihuana. One side of the front desk area was for the continental breakfast was totally without lighting so you could not see what would be offered in the morning. . Again there was an oder that was not even covered up by the smell of paint. My group had reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay. All four parties canceled their reservations. As of yet I have not been able to get a full refund. I...
