“We were in town one night for a travel baseball game. Stayed in room 408. The microwave was unplugged and heavy dust on the bottom wood shelf in bathroom. Bathroom tub was stained. There was hair as well in the sink, but I try not to worry with trivial things such as that. The worst was the smell in the room…it was awful. I the odor was not the normal stuffy smell from the air not being turned on prior to guest arrival but that of urine. The odor was still strong after turning the air on and...
