“Stunning property with brilliant facilities which very comfortably accommodated our family of 9 of various ages. The check in and check out process was very simple. Any questions we had were answered quickly through the app. Carbis bay is beautiful. We all enjoyed the hot tub and amazing scenery with much time in the evenings spent around the large table playing games. Overall a fabulous place to stay, which I’ve already recommended to friends and family. ”

“This was our second visit to this lovely property which is within easy walking distance to Padstow harbour for a great choice of pubs and restaurants. The garden is nice to relax in after a busy day and have a bbq if the weather permits. The property is a great base to explore Cornwall from and is ideal for couples or families. Would definitely recommend.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Woodpeckers. The house had everything we needed and was well equipped and with a lovely seating area outside. It is set in beautiful, well kept grounds and with handy amenities on the doorstep, including a play area which the kids enjoyed. It was ideally located for us to explore Cornwall and with lovely beaches close by. Karen was a friendly and helpful host who made everything easy for us. We look forward to returning sometime! ”

“We had a fantastic Easter break at the house. The view over St Ives is abdolutely amazing and the location is perfect. The house has everything we needed fora very comfortable stay. The beds are all comfy. You can nip into the town for a pasty in just a few minutes and even though the walk back is quite steep it's a quick journey so not too bad! I would love to return. Already recommended to friends and family. ”
