- This spacious first-floor holiday apartment is ideally positioned for families and couples eager to explore the beautiful coastline and tranquil countryside of West Cornwall. With ample space for up to four guests, the property lies near the centre of the thriving resort of Perranporth, within easy reach of the boating lake and a range of great pubs, restaurants and cafes. The glorious golden, sandy beach is less than a quarter of a mile away, stretching for 3 miles. Perranporth sits in a beautiful spot towards the northern fringe of the picturesque St Agnes Heritage Coast, which leads south-west towards the stunning Porthtowan Beach (8 miles). The popular seaside resort of Newquay is to the north-east (8.5 miles), or you can head inland to visit attractions, including Lappa Valley, Penrose Water Gardens and Cornwall Gold, all within 11 miles.
To enter the property, head up the stairs from the shared hallway to the first floor, with this charming apartment situated on the left. Stepping inside, the inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides an ideal space for you all to get together and unwind after a fabulous day on the beach. The cheery lounge has a Smart TV and ample seating, perfect for a quiet night in, and sits alongside a lovely central dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. When it's time to turn in for the night, you will have a choice of two relaxing double bedrooms. The accommodation is rounded off with a shower room.
Going outside, you will find a parking space for one car on the driveway. The immediate area offers a wealth of great places to eat and drink, with the boating lake and the beach both within easy reach.
