**DISCLAIMER** you will hear restaurant chatter & music if you do not have a tv/or radio playing between the hours of 10:30am & 1:30am. If you go to bed early I recommend headphones, ear plugs or play nature sounds on Alexa.

This is a pet friendly loft apartment so I would not recommend if you are allergic to dogs or cats.

This apartment is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around "Mary Jane Burgers & Brew" on the Downtown Historic Square.

Awesome updated loft apartment with exposed brick and original wood floors. Spacious spa shower for 2 & large soaker tub. California King Bed with plush down comforter, extra plush pillows & black out window shades for a restful nights sleep. Large open kitchen for cooking & coffee service. Comfy oversized living room furniture and large TV for relaxing.

Downtown Perryville is always bustling with community events the first Saturday of every month April through October like Cruise In, Home Brew Block Party, Rocktoberfest, Bikers on the Square & more! Lots of restaurants, bars & shopping all in walking distance

It's easy to get around by foot, car or bike! Minimal traffic & easy parking

Renter Disclosure: This location is located above a high volume restaurant and there is a possibility that you may hear music coming from downstairs.

Weekend getaway!

The location and room is absolutely awesome. It will be my default place to stay every time I come to Perryville. The disclaimer on the website says it may be noisy because of the restaurant and bar below. But we were there over a weekend and heard nothing from below. Huge upgrade compared to local hotels and the best restaurant in town with a huge beer selection is right below you. You will not be disappointed with this choice!
