“We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. “The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. Great breakfast, and we also had dinner. I got lovely lasagna. The breakfast room looks lovely with a lot of paintings. Books are around, and a lot of small details. “Spotlessly clean accommodation with a warm and efficient welcome. Shared facilities which again were perfectly clean. Secure entry system and plenty of off-street parking. Only slight issue was thin walls so could hear the next room on mobile phone but it didn't go on late and I had a good night's sleep.”

“Our stay with Morag and David was phenomenal. The room was so cozy and we woke up to wonderful homemade breakfast everyday. It was located close to the ski resort with was also convenient! We had the perfect Scottish countryside ski weekend! ”
