Charming, quiet and small dog friendly family home. Clean, well stocked and ready for a relaxing trip. Only a 10 minute drive to Ausable Chasm, 20 minutes to Plattsburgh and close by to many other nearby cities and sites!

Welcome to the beautiful Adriondacks! Adventure awaits! Wonderfully maintained and well stocked family home. Relax in a beautiful and cozy 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom house (shower only in full bath) with space for up to 6! Featuring a fully stocked kitchen and only a short drive to many neighboring cities with plenty of activities nearby for any season. Take a short drive to the Ausable Chasm or take a day trip and drive to a neighboring city (or country!) nearby.

- Plattsburgh, New York- 20 minutes
-Lake Placid, NY- 45 minutes
-Saratoga, NY- 90 minutes
-Montreal, Quebec, Canada- 90 minutes
-Burlington, VT - 90 minutes
-Lake George, NY -90 minutes

We welcome guests two and four-legged!Complete with a dog door and even chicken wire under the fence line so diggers can’t escape. Please see the details below- they must be pre approved.

Please note the kitchen does not have a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower only (no bathtub).

COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. In addition to our regular high standards, we are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, and all surfaces. We want you to have a peace of mind and consider us a retreat today and always. Please consider purchasing third party travel insurance as coronavirus restrictions and cases are changing to protect your trip. Our cancellation policy is firm.

Please note the kitchen does not have a dishwasher and the bathroom has a standing shower only (no bathtub).

House trained dogs under 25 lbs that are pre approved are allowed! Pet fee is $15 per night per pet. No puppies allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. $50 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after. Pets must be pre approved or a fine of double the pet fee per night ($30) will be applied.

Only 3 cars are allowed in the driveway, no street parking is allowed.

Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.

-Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.

- An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.

- Guest agrees to complete a third-party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.

- Please note that we do not do shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.

This home is perfect for us!

We love the location. We have family members near by. The 4 stairs to get in the house has railings on both sides. The railings made it a lot easier for me to get in. Once inside, the ranch style (with no stairs) was wonderful. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The electric fireplace is a nice touch. We enjoyed it. The 1/2 bath is a great feature, one that we appreciate! We absolutely love that we can bring our "fur baby". This home is only a 15 drive from SUNY Plattsburg and would be a great choice for parents weekends, graduations, college visit trips, or just to visit your child at school. I would strongly urge everyone to check it out! We will be back to visit our daughter next month!
