"Customer service was completely lacking for the entire day of check in. I arrived at 11am and asked if checking in early was a possibility. I also offered to pay extra if I needed to since I had a scheduled event to get to. The gentleman declined and said “it’s too early, you have to wait until 3.” ..."

"The hotel is starting to show wear. The only time our room was tended/towels changes/trash taken was 5 days into our stay. The water in coffee had a foul taste, which was unfortunate. The front desk was pleasant. I’ll look at other hotels next time."
