Located on Cartersville’s west side, it offers easy access to local job sites, comfortable bedrooms, a shared gathering area, classic arcade games, and parking for multiple vehicles, plus an equipment trailer.
The space
This rental was built with contractors in mind and has everything needed for a comfy stay for people on the go! This property is close to everything--Lakepoint Sports, Booth Western Museum, Pine Mountain, Etowah Indian Mounds, Cartersville High School, Downtown Cartersville, QCells Redeemer plant, and Hyundai Kingston are all less than 15 minutes away.

All TVs are Smart TVs, so your crew can bring their own streaming service accounts and watch their favorite shows in the living room or in their bedroom. There is also a classic arcade PACMAN game in the dining room for the guests' entertainment.

Smoking is allowed outside of the home but not in the property.
Guest access
Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter and a reminder message sent to the guest 60 minutes before the 4PM check-in time. The door automatically locks after 30 seconds for Guests' security.
Other things to note
For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking.

For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.
