“Was the worst experience we have had since we started traveling. Checked in and room got there and tv didn’t work some lights over bed didn’t work and most of all air didn’t work. They moved us to another room get off elevator and floors look like a frat party gone wild and get to room walk in turn on lights and roaches or bed bugs start moving on bed walls and everywhere. Grabbed my bag and said to my husband nope hell no we are out. Got back in elevator down to lobby and showed video and asked...

“It wasn’t horrible but it definitely wasn’t like the picture. It was run down and the door to our hotel room didn’t even lock. We used things to block the door. The knobs in the rr were falling off. The shower was spraying super hard and tile wasn’t even properly installed from the floor to the tub. The shower lining of the tub to the ceiling where it connects, had mold.
