“We noticed bug remnants on the bed frame and a bug in the bed. Small black stains on the sheets. Couldn’t up load the pics to the website and was not given an alternative to send the pics. They sent their cleaner over who said everything looked fine. Sent the pics we took to the host via VRBO. Have not heard back. We will eat the 334 as no refund was offered. These things happen. However, the host was less than helpful with this situation. We stay in vrbo’s for business 365 days a...
