“This property is amazing, and has set a standard that will be hard for us to find again, where do I begin. The apartment is beautifully styled, the kitchen is so well equipped and has washer/dryer, plus there were plenty of spare towels and sheets if needed for our week long stay. “Absolutely serene and wonderfully zen surroundings. Staff was almost never helpful - or even attempting to be; incredible behaviour. Wish I could give a better review but they were really set on being obnoxiously unhelpful bordering on rude. To work a customer facing role and being this unprofessional almost blew my mind.”

“The room had everything you need but wasn’t clean and they don’t clean during your stay either. You can get new towels from reception, but no one is coming to get your previous wet/used ones. Reception desk is impressive and the 2 girls were smiley and attentive. Bathroom was ok but looking very tired. Shower was good and powerful. Parking is easy and the golf course looks good. For the price it wasn’t great value. We might stay again if we can’t find anything better, for the next Goodwood...
