The Creekside Home at Four Fillies Lodge

Four Fillies Lodge is an 80 acre private estate available for you to explore & enjoy with your family. Our Creekside Home is the perfect place to enjoy relaxation or adventurous activities such as fishing, hiking, caving, white water rafting, and so much more! (6 additional cabins are available at FFL through Airbnb)

The space
Our Creekside Home, situated on the optimal location at Four Fillies Lodge, is the perfect place for a family getaway. This home sits directly on the winding creek with views of the willow tree and has a grassy field for games with the family.

Master bedroom downstairs with a comfortable queen sized bed, queen bed in the bedroom upstairs, and a twin over twin bunkbed in the other bedroom upstairs. 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath (stocked with towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and hand soap), a full sized kitchen stocked with basic cooking amenities (dishware, glasses, silverware, cooking ware, toaster, microwave, and a Keurig with a handful of K-Cups included). Our dining table has seating for up to 6 guests. A TV with a DVD and BlueRay player only are included in the cabin.

After a day of hiking, fishing, and adventures around the estate and surrounding areas, your family can relax and unwind while enjoying a meal cooked on the parkstyle charcoal grill (charcoal not included) and hang out at the fire pit (firewood not included but available for purchase).

-Daily housekeeping not included--cabin is cleaned between each guest check-in

This home is pet friendly. We allow dogs only. Max of 2 dogs. There is a $35 pet fee per pet per stay.

Scenic stay - great outdoor spaces

Wonderfully scenic property along a creek. The extensive outdoor spaces were great and we enjoyed the comfortable seating by the fire pit. Communication with the host was timely. I would book again. A few notes for future travelers - the upstairs bedrooms are not furnished as shown in the photos - more like dorm bed frames now - not sure if this is temporary? If you want to drink wine/have glassware bring your own (thanks to another review we did). If the wifi is out - let them know ASAP. We thought it was a glitch - waited too long. The router is in the attic and we could not reset ourselves - and lastly, the Creekside home is at the front of the property and apparently all the GPS apps direct visitors there! We helped at least 6 couples/families find their appropriate cabins when they showed up at our parking area confused. Luckily I had been looking at the other cabin options on the website and knew the layout of the property. We were happy to help, but if you want full privacy perhaps pick another cabin.

Awesome creekside retreat!

We had a great time staying at the Four Fillies cabin. Easy access, very comfortable beds, clean, and the creek was enjoyed by us all…especially our teenagers who enjoyed trying to catch fish in it! Perfect getaway cabin! Thank you!!

Absolutely Beautiful

The home and location are incredible. Very clean home and the location is a true slice of serenity. Comfortable beds, hot shower with excellent water pressure. Could you used a few more trash bags & an iron. A hot tub would be the cherry on a perfect cake at this location ! Still would give this a 9.9/10.

Enjoyed

What a great place will be interested in returning. Small problems that we found. 1 the master door wouldn’t stay closed. 2 sliding door would not close unless you lifted it up. 3 1of the kitchen chairs was really wobbly and was afraid it would break. 4 didn’t really know where to put our trash. Again we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the creek.

Long weekend in March

The Creekside House was lovely — clean, spacious, and comfortable. We could have stayed in the sunroom all day, reading books and listening to the creek. The grounds are lovely; we enjoyed exploring the trails. Our only suggestion would be to add more lamps. The overhead lighting is too bright at night. All in all I would highly recommend.

Beautiful rental!

We loved this rental! The creek is amazing! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, squeaky clean, and amazing natural light from the huge picture windows. We enjoyed taking our dog for walks on the property and the automatic night lighting for gazebos and paths was lovely! Snow was on the ground so our son loved the front yard for sledding. We can't wait to return..

Creek side

Creek side cabin is comfortable and cozy. The property is amazing with lots of plans for new cabins. Hiking is great but bring some tick spray. Dogs love and glad they had Bravecto. Kitchen has all the essentials except a dishwasher. That was disappointing. A wonderful large family table with a beautiful view of fire pit and creek. We had a fire every evening with an honor system for wood. We used all of it. The weather was perfect for s’mores every evening. Evening shows with Netflix on fire stick was fine, streaming TV buffered to much! We had a lovely visit!

Much Needed Reunion

Wonderful fall weekend at this cabin with friends that we had not been able to see in nearly 2 years because of COVID. Took all our food so it was not necessary to leave the compound. The well equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal prep, but oddly, no dishwasher. Ice trays would be helpful. Beds were comfy and showers awesome. Easy walks around the property for exercise and to see the other accommodations. Fire pit was a perfect gathering spot for star gazing and making smores. But an unexpected and exceptional treat happened the last few hours when we spotted two river otters playing and fishing in the creek beside the cabin! The material said there would be signature maple syrup but supply must be low because we did not receive that. More lighting in the living room would be helpful but overstuffed chairs in the glassed in sunroom were the coveted place for reading.

Peaceful vacation in a beautiful setting

The location of the Creekside Home is ideal; you can sit in the cozy sitting area looking out on the creek and the pretty maple trees. The property was exceptionally nice and private, and was really hospitable with the fire pit and adirondack chairs. The countryside in the area was really scenic and hiking to the Cascade Falls was the highlight of our trip!

Gorgeous and peaceful

Wow! The creekside lodge - and the entire property - is everything we could have dreamed, and more. The creek running alongside the cabin is peaceful and simply lovely. There is a firepit, large lawn, grill, and very well-equipped kitchen. The inside is spacious and very comfortable. The internet was about perfectly fine for a few Zoom meetings. We had a great time going for hikes and exploring the area, and simply relaxing and enjoying the setting.

Sanctuary!!!

5 of us arrived---my husband and 4 of my close girlfriends and we were amazed at how lovely the property was on sight. We parked and found the lockbox easily enough and were charmed on entry. We found a gorgeous wood floor and modern rusticness awaited us!! The kitchen was spotless and the floors and bathrooms were in tip top condition. The door to the sunroom gave us a time, but, my husband walked over and opened it quite quickly. We were TRULY AMAZED at the beds---I mean I travel and I have slept in a lot of beds. The rest we all got was really one of the best EVER!!! We truly loved the Creekside Cabin and the Four Fillies property. This is a very relaxing spot to read, rest and recuperate!! The only thing we wished is that it wouldn't have rained!!!

Idyllic surroundings

If having the sounds of the river right outside your door, a gentle breeze, varied bird songs, dappled light through leaves, blooming lillies, lush ferns, and a tucked away spot sound inviting to you, you'll love this place! Clean and lovely. Perfect spot to relax. Cascade Falls hike is only about 1/2 hour away.

Beautiful Property

Can't beat having a flowing creek right next to your cabin! Nice old fashioned, big log cabin with updates. Property is pretty awesome and lots of land to explore! There are several other cabins on the property, but there is plenty of space in between this cabin and the others so you wouldn't even know it.

Lovely house - feels enchanted!

We did a quick weekend getaway and my only regret was we didn’t stay longer! The location of this house is incredible. It sits right on a creek and there’s a little waterfall outside as well! The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the weekend immensely. We brought our dogs and they loved running around and walking to explore the property. Will definitely be back!

The perfect getaway to connect with God’s creation.

This Creekside Cabin was wonderful! Super clean, cozy, and user friendly. And outside every window is a breathtaking view. The property is AMAZING with so much to discover. We went primarily for that creek, and I can say it was everything I hoped for and more. I could have spent a week right there IN the creek. We hope to return next year. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property! We are refreshed and grateful!
