  • Located in Petit Bourg, between Grande-Terre and Basse-Terre, we offer a holiday retreat surrounded by nature in the heart of a quiet and pleasant residential area. If you are a nature lover, you can enjoy sports by walking or running on Viard beach. The accommodation includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, chests of drawers, bedside tables, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet with washing machine and ironing board, 1 fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace, 1 Smart TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, and Wi-Fi. Amenities: The accommodations are a 15-minute drive from the Colin shopping area with 2 supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, Pizzerias and more...
    - A 20-minute drive away is the magnificent Roseau beach, located in Capesterre-Belle-Eau
    - A 5-minute drive away, you will have the opportunity to visit the Montebello distillery
    - A 3-minute drive away is the arboretum where guided tours are organized by appointment.
