  • Sei accolto da un ampio portico anteriore con un'altalena e molti mobili da giardino, alberi maturi e uno splendido paesaggio. Camera da letto principale al primo piano con bagno completo e ampia cabina armadio. Soggiorno e cucina con zona pranzo. Al piano superiore ha tre camere da letto e un bagno completo. Mudroom fuori dal retro di casa che conduce a un bel cortile perfetto per il buco di mais e godersi la firepit propano. Casa ben arredata con arredamento nuovo e ampio parcheggio. Un vero gioiello di scoperta a Boyne City.

Great house and location.

Very comfortable stay so close to downtown Boyne City. We’ve stayed in a half dozen places in BC and consensus from extended family of 8 adults was this was best one yet.

Perfect House for ski trip

Great Place, Gateway to Petoskey/Charlevoix

Plenty of room for the three kids upstairs, and my wife and I in the master bedroom. Brought our little dog (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) and he liked it as well. Boyne is a beautiful town. We loved Cafe Sante and the grassy waterfront parks. But also nice to be within 30 minutes of Charlevoix and Petoskey/Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park has a wonderful beach. The place is on the upper end of our price range but we found it worth the splurge. We would come back and just might.

Great rental for our family

Our family stay was wonderful in this cute home. There was plenty of room for our 10 family members and the kitchen was well stocked. The home was clean and comfortable.

Great rental

The house was comfortable, clean and in a good location. Had a few issues and the property management company came out promptly and they were very pleasant. This is our third year renting in Boyne City and this house was the best! Sadly, we won’t be returning to BC due to a transfer to Texas but if we were, this would be the house for us!

Great house but....

The house was great... very nice, but three of our cars were towed Friday night off the street. There are no signs of any kind on the street. We were told by the police that it’s “just known” that you can’t park on the street. There was no warning communication from the owner on the street/parking rules.
