La Woodloft Haus è un'enorme casa in stile esecutivo di 4.000 piedi quadrati con 4 camere da letto più soppalco e 3 bagni. È situato su un bellissimo terreno alberato di 2 acri. La casa presenta un design moderno della metà del secolo che incontra l'architettura della cabina nord che rende il soggiorno caldo e accogliente.

** NOVITÀ PER L'INVERNO 2018 ** Tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici da cucina in acciaio inossidabile Whirlpool di fabbricazione americana. Compreso; Cucina a gas a 5 fuochi con tecnologia Frozen Bake, frigorifero con portafinestra con distributore di acqua filtrata e fabbricatore di ghiaccio, lavastoviglie ad alta capacità e microonde su tutta la gamma. Nuova lavatrice e asciugatrice ad alta capacità Whirlpool di fabbricazione americana.

La casa può ospitare comodamente 14 a letto. Dispone di tre (3) TV LCD HD con cavo premium; ESPN, FSD, HBO, Showtime e altro. La casa ha anche i seguenti contenuti per gli ospiti: Nintendo Wii, enorme collezione di DVD, ping-pong, biliardino e giochi da tavolo nel vasto seminterrato finito.

Il quartiere si collega con la Little Traverse Wheelway. La "Wheelway" è una pista ciclabile asfaltata di 24 miglia dal centro di Harbor Springs attraverso Petoskey State Park, Downtown Petoskey, Bay Harbour e si conclude a Charlevoix. Perfect family get away. We had a family of 11 ranging from mid 70s to 12 years old and the house provided something for everyone. Relaxing and reading in the four season room or porch to ping pong, foseball, and arcades in the lower level. Perfect location to explore harbor springs and Petoskey but also an easy trip to see Macinac island, wilderness State Park, and Highlands Dark Sky Park. The home was exceptionally well equipped. It was agreed that this was a home we would all come back to.

Great place to stay

Although this house is a little bit further away from the ski resorts, the amenities make it worth the extra 5 to 10 minute drive. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms all maintained in great condition. Large family room to gather in with a wood burning fireplace. Excellent basement entertainment. Will definitely be back many times more.

Woodloft Home

This is just a wonderful home...super close to Petosky, Harbor Springs and ski resorts. It works well for large groups, beds are comfortable, kitchen has it all, fireplace is nice and the 4 season glass porch is so nice for viewing the wooded lot. Hope to stay here again without question

Ski trip with family and friends

This house is perfect! We had so much fun on the game room basement playing ping pong and the arcade games. Lots of space and amenities. House was super clean and more than we expected. I would most definitely stay here again. Continently located to both the Highlands and Nubs Knob.

70th Birthday Week-End

The house was spacious for 6 women celebrating birthdays. Great location for exploring Harbor Springs and Petosky. We had beautiful weather so enjoyed the patio. Lots of good restaurants nearby and we even had great pizza delivered from BC’s on night. Would recommend for anyone who doesn’t mind stairs.

Fantastic family get away in Harbor Springs

Wonderful cabin in the woods, just a 5 minute drive to Petosky State Park and a great Lake Michigan beach. Spacious gathering places, game room was a huge hit with the kids. My favorite was the screened in sun room off of the master bedroom- ideal for lounging and quiet reading! Craig was a very considerate host and property manager.

Property was clean, well equipped and met all our expectations. Game room in the basement was a bonus for the kids! Ideally located between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Craig was very responsive when we reached out to him. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

This house is special to our family as my grandparents owned it 20 years ago and we spent much of my childhood up there. While it has been renovated, it still is a wonderful house and brought back a lot of memories! The game room was awesome for the kids and adults too! Close to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, we spent time in both and also enjoyed the close walking/bike path. The sunroom was also a favorite to enjoy in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back sometime soon!

Lovely Relaxing Week!

This place has plenty of space for our extended family of 11, with areas for quiet as well as louder fun. The wrap around deck was perfect for some outdoor rock painting, the large dining room table fit everyone and was easy to clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. Similarly, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and extra towels in the upstairs closet. The second-floor laundry was perfect for the needs of the younger kids' parents. I highly recommend.

Great multi-family stay

We loved our stay at the woodlauft haus. It was perfect for our group of 13 including children. The house was very clean, had essentials for us to utilize during our stay. The house is very spacious and the arcade in the basement was a hit! We hope to come back! Great location with quick drives to the beach and nearby towns.

Beautiful Home!

Loved this property!! Pictures don’t do it justice! We absolutely loved sitting in the sun room watching the snow fall. The kids had a blast in the basement game room witch is way bigger then what’s pictured. Perfect location for skiing and getting to petoskey or harbor springs for dinner. Less then 10min to either location! Very clean! comfortable beds! The owner was awesome very accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Thanksgiving at Woodhaus

We had family members ranging in age from 2 years to 78 years old celebrating Thanksgiving together. No snow, so sledding and skiing were not options, but visits to Pond Hill Farm, the Christmas tree lighting in Harbor, shopping, restaurants, etc. made for a fun time. The house is in a great location and it is perfect for a large group or multi-generational gathering. Lower level game area was loved by the younger set. I would definitely recommend a stay at Woodhaus

Amazing House and Location!

Seven of us stayed at Woodloft Haus this past weekend for our 24th annual ladies weekend. We enjoyed every aspect of our trip and would definitely return. The location is great...close to hiking, biking, swimming (yes, it was warm enough to swim at Petoskey State Park), shopping, wineries. The house had plenty of beds and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. The sunroom was the perfect gathering place for our morning coffee before we started the day. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The home was well appointed and we had all that we needed for both cooking and grilling. We didn't do a lot of that, but we like to. Also, it was appreciated that the internet was exceptionally good and that the TV had a full cable package. And, we like that the bike trail between Charlevoix and Harbor Springs was right at the corner. We had our bikes along and took several rides.
