117 'di bello, boscoso proprietà lungolago sul lago Walloon, situato accanto a Mackinaw State Forest. Godetevi la vista spettacolare acqua turchese del vallone dal ponte principale il neo-rifiniti 40 'X 15'. Attraente nuovi mobili ponte e meraviglioso nuovo griglia propano renderanno il vostro soggiorno rilassante.

Knotty Pine interno fornisce vera sensazione Up North. Cucina / pranzo / Soggiorni sono concetto aperto con splendida vista sul lago. Tavolo da pranzo può ospitare fino a 11. Soggiorno con ampio divano in pelle e due poltrone in pelle può ospitare sei.

Camera familiare ha grande sezione in pelle, tavolo da gioco, e nuovo di zecca HDTV. Grande punto di vista lago e sensibilità molto aperta tramite due piani cattedrale soffitto verso l'acqua.

11 posti letto con materassi nuovi e log mobili. Una camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, due camere da letto con letti a castello. Tre camere da letto ha un letto full size. Quattro camere da letto ha un letto a castello e un letto full size. Camere da letto uno e due sono al primo piano, camere a tre e quattro sono al secondo piano. Vista lago da tutte le quattro camere da letto.

Bagno completo su ogni piano con il bagno al primo piano essendo stato recentemente ristrutturato con piastrelle di marmo italiano e vetro doccia in stile Euro.

Altri servizi offerti: lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e connessione internet ad alta velocità con l'aeroporto di router di marca fornendo miglior accesso possibile a Internet in casa, sul ponte, e tutta la via d'uscita per il dock.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful lakefront house. Beautiful view of lake. There is a beach, dock, and crystal clear lake water. Super clean, well appointed, very friendly and responsive hosts. The house will sleep many people but we were just a party of two so .. we didn’t even venture upstairs. I highly recommend.

This is a fantastic place! Beautiful view of Walloon Lake. If you like to hike or mountain bike, this is great, since there trails close enough to walk or bike to. The owner of the property is very accessible and quickly answers any questions you have. We cook and grill are own meals and the place is very well equipped for this. There are great indoor and outdoor family gathering spaces. I would definitely recommend this place

We had another amazing stay. This house is perfectly set up. The views, dock, outdoor dining- it was all awesome! Three generations with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and linens, well equipped kitchen. We will be back!

Spectacular views!

We rented this home and the neighboring property for a golf centric trip. Both homes are fantastic. The amenities are wonderful and the lake views from each home are spectacular. For what it’s worth, there are multiple golf options. We would definitely rent these properties again.

Wonderful weekend Getaway

Our family (8 adults and 2 children) had a perfect extended weekend, along with our dogs. David and Laurie’s home was both comfortable and beautiful. They were wonderful hosts! We cannot wait to return next year!

August Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The property listing and pictures were accurate. The house was very clean upon arrival. The layout was perfect for our group of 9, with plenty of separate spaces for the kids to hang out. We used the boat; dock and paddle boards daily. David was a great host, showing up on the first day to talk through boating procedures. We also had a scenario where the power went out one night, and the generator turned on without issue, so we never missed a beat. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful, Idyllic Setting

This is an outstanding property. We had a wonderful week. There was plenty of room to spare with a group of 8. Incredible deck and dock. This was our first time on Walloon and it was extremely peaceful and quiet with little traffic on the water. Thanks for being so hospitable, David.

There are no words to express our most amazing week on Walloon Lake in our rental, Stairway to Heaven! Beyond all of our expectations in cleanliness, comfort and conveniences. My grandchildren (8-10 years) spent hours being towed behind the pontoon. Thanks David and Laurie for your great listing

Heaven, With Stairways

Property certainly lived up to its photos and description! Absolutely wonderful house on Walloon for family and/or friends. And dog. Two living rooms each with plenty of seating and a TV. Deck, waterfront and dock also have ample seating. Well appointed kitchen and grill to cater to the entire posse. Table area is a bit tight when you add the folding chairs, though there are dining tables on the deck and at the beach, so weather permitting, folks can spread out. Note stairs down to house from parking and down to waterfront and dock, for anyone with mobility challenges. Great, responsive and attentive owner. Everyone loved the property and boat!

Absolutely Beautiful!

David and Laurie’s place was just what we wanted for our family vacation. The view and amenities can’t be beat. They had everything imaginable and than some. We were there for 3 nights never leaving the property and we’re never bored. Will definitely will be back again next year to see the change of colors in our beautiful state of Michigan! David was easy to get ahold of with the few questions we had. Great hosts.

Family getaway

Our Family had a wonderful trip. The house was perfect for 3 married couples. We all had plenty of space, the house was clean and inviting and the lake was spectacular. David was easy to reach and helpful throughout our stay. Renting the boat was an added bonus and well worth the expense.

Walloon Lake Retreat

Lovely home for friends and family; This house had everything you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of Northern Michigan. Also perfect for remote work if necessary. It is ideally located near vineyards, restaurants, and biking/hiking trails. The owner is very responsive to needs and we would definitely stay here again.

lovely home and location

This home is in a beautiful and quiet setting on Walloon Lake. Well furnished, new baths, lots of space for relaxation, great views from the deck and dock, many amenities, and although it seems remote, the home is quite close to Boyne City and a short, very scenic drive to Petoskey. The owner is exceptionally helpful and communicative.

Northern Michigan At It's Best

What a great property! The house sits on a bluff overlooking Walloon Lake and the views you have to see to believe! The house had plenty of space and was well stocked for our Thanksgiving stay. The bathrooms have been updated and the hot tub was a big hit for the kids. The house also was very clean on arrival and well maintained. If you are looking for an authentic Northern Michigan getaway you cannot go wrong staying here!

Nice weekend retreat

There were five couples that enjoyed a weekend up north. The home had plenty of space for everyone. The bunk room was a bit inconvenient, but we made do. The kitchen is large and spacious with room for all to enjoy activities together. The views are amazing, and the steps down to the lake are a nice bonus. The walk back up will help you get your cardio in for the day! We would definitely look this place up on a future visit to the area!
