Waterfront Setting w/ Top-Floor Views Overlooking Lake Charlevoix

This unit is on the top (3rd) floor at the water's edge of Lake Charlevoix with elevator access. The main floor Master Bedroom with King size bed, 32" HD flat screen TV with DVD, adjoins a full bath with shower. The second floor Loft has a King size bed and is adjacent to a full bath with tub and shower. There is a newly renovated full Kitchen with bar and stools, Dining Area, and Living Room with 54" HD flat screen and DVD player. The Living Room has a queen size sofa bed and a sliding door that opens to a screened-in covered balcony offering the spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix and Northwest Marina and Yacht Club. The unit also has air conditioning. Complex includes an outdoor pool and onsite laundry facility.
NOTE: This unit is non-smoking as well as the entire condo premises.

The owner, Greg, was excellent to work with for the rental. He communicated regularly and immediately when I had questions. The location is perfect with Lake Charlevoix and a marina, as a view. The condo was incredibly clean. The decor is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. Everything is brand new. The beds were very comfortable. We look forward to returning. Outstanding condo to rent.

I can’t think of one bad thing to say about the property and owner. Honestly, we have come to this area for almost 5 years and this was easily our best experience yet! The property is so clean, and beautiful! The owners are amazing!!! We truly had a memorable stay.

Beautiful view and condo! Everything you need. Quiet, upscale area about 1 mile from downtown Charlevoix shopping. Peaceful and comfortable. Will be back!

Great property and location! The home was equipped with everything you would need for a weekend stay or longer. Beautiful views and just a short walk or drive to downtown Charlevoix. Host was great and look forward to coming back soon!

Top notch!

We've stayed in more than 30 Vrbo rentals and this condo is exceptional. Amazing views, great location, super clean, well stocked with everything you might need, updated modern kitchen, very comfortable beds and cozy living room furniture. It is well organized, with great attention to details, plus LOTS of STORAGE and HOOKS. We also appreciated the high bar stools on the balcony. (It is nice to sit high and enjoy a more panoramic view.) There's a convenient laundry room on site-extremely CLEAN! Communication with Greg was instant! Would definitely recommend!
