Quite rude/ judgmental front desk and other staff. Also the bigger issue is that we were not notified prior to arrival that all the hotel restaurant facilities were completely shut down due to some large private group booking. Not even room service was available to get a hamburger or any type of food at all. We arrived quite late at like 9:30pm after a very long day of 5 hrs of driving and specifically had selected the hotel due to a highly rated restaurant/spa/gym. If someone had thought it prudent to let guests know before arrival that none of their facilities were available we could have planned accordingly and gotten dinner somewhere else on the way. However they did not. By the time we got to our room after finding this out it was after 10pm and mostly all of the local restaurants were already closed. The one restaurant in town the front desk staff kept trying to insist I go to would probably have given me food positioning given its abysmal reviews- so we did not get dinner that night. The room itself was nice and the gym was good, however given the attitudes of most staff I encountered and the poor communication I would not stay again .

+The hotel was brand new so the fasilites were really good and the hotel room was very nice.
+I especially found the staff at the reception to be very friendly and helpful.
+the food at the restaurant was good
-however, I was surprised by how far away the restaurants, shops, and pharmacy were. The hotel says that you can walk along the road to Tivat town, but I did not feel that it was very safe to walk there with all the cars driving by. I personally did not feel completely comfortable walking that route. So, if location and easy access to restaurants, shops, and other amenities are important to you, I would not recommend choosing this hotel.
-I also found the service at the private beach to be very poor. The waiter brought me a menu, but after 30–40 minutes he still had not come back to my sun lounger to take my order.

"All staff was very helpful and kind. Room was big enough and there was even washing machine into to the room with 2 capsules already there for washing your clothes!!! Perfect stay! High reccomended"

"Shower was leaking all over the bathroom. You would step into a pool of water when getting out of the shower. The shower floor was not leveled properly towards the drain. Good location and beach area. But they need to fix their showers issue. I stay in 2 different rooms same problem. Outdated outlets. ..."
