Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment.

For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).
