Domaine du Grand Vallon comprises an 18th-century farmhouse with 5 bedrooms and a Provençal house with 4 bedrooms, accommodating up to 20 people in total. The estate features a large 10m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated by a heat pump, allowing it to be used until April and October. The fully air-conditioned farmhouse has 5 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, plus a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining room, and a living room with a large (non-functional) fireplace. It can accommodate 10 people. Located in a large garden adjoining the Mas, the fully air-conditioned Provençal house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite and have a separate bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large reception room suitable for meals. It can accommodate 9 people. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm and has an outdoor shower. There is a ping-pong table and the possibility of playing pétanque in front of the Mas. Both the Mas and the house have a large covered terrace. A charcoal barbecue is available. Both the Mas and the house have Wi-Fi. This estate is perfectly suited for a large family gathering, a reunion with friends, or a fantastic holiday where several families can vacation together while still enjoying some privacy. The property is just a 10-minute walk from the center of the thriving village of Peymeinade, where you'll find a supermarket, numerous small shops, as well as several bars, cafes, and restaurants. There is a weekly market selling local produce, clothing, and souvenirs. Peymeinade is an ideal base for exploring the treasures of the French Riviera, the Alpes-Maritimes, and the Var. Peymeinade is only 5 km from Grasse, with its famous perfume factories to visit, spectacular views across the French Riviera to the sea, and the winding cobbled streets of the old town. The nearest beaches are a half-hour drive away (Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins). The magnificent Lake Saint-Cassien, 15 minutes away, also offers excellent opportunities for swimming and water sports. In winter, the ski resorts of Gréolières-les-Neiges and Andon are about an hour's drive away, and Valberg, Auron, Isola 2000, and La Foux d'Allos are about two hours away.
