“Excellent, very helpful staff. A super room (we were upgraded) with sinks in the large bedroom and the WC. Up-to-date, but with beautiful wood joinery. Fine breakfast, with a gluten-free option. Elevator and library and a good location a few hundred yards from the main square. No restaurant, but there are many others nearby, including at their partner Hotel Romantic Santis on the main square. Has a same-day laundry service. “Location was awesome, we could walk to everything. It was a quiet neighborhood, bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower great. Host was accommodating and courteous. Elevator access. Place is in good shape. ”
“Very modern and clean hotel. Spa was included and it was great. Very friendly staff. Only small minus was that the pillows were a bit too big and hard for our liking.”
“Very nice stay, staff is incredibly friendly and proactive, they will handle your needs in a Swiss effective manner :-). Breakfast is also super ! Amenities are okay and structure is fine and comfortable .

If I can give a tip for the management, the only thing is this smoke/cigarette bar @ lobby that keep this not attractive smell @ reception during night ... at least I’m not a fab”
“Buon Hotel, camera ottima, gia stato in precedenza ma quasta volta mi e' stata assegnata una camera sul piano della reception ed era veramente bella , non paragonabile alla scorsa esperienza, centro fitness (fisioterapia) nel palazzo molto carino , inoltre sauna ed iacuzzi.”
