“Room was nice and clean. Hard to sleep because the A/C unit is very noisy, and the pillows are WAY too soft. I need a pillow that's at least a little bit firm. Ate dinner at the Bistro both nights. First night was fine. Second night was terrible because there was an event going on, so the menu was severely restricted. WHY? Also, dozens of guests at the Bistro and bar, but only TWO servers. “The staff was great. At the desk, they were courteous, helpful and efficient. The drivers for the shuttle were great, as well. They were friendly, helpful and handled Austin's traffic with, seeming, ease. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. Their cleaning staff does their job very well. All in all, I had a nice stay. My thanks to the staff for making it that way.”
