They don’t know how to talk to guests respectfully, and the service was terrible from start to finish. I expected basic manners and hospitality, but this hotel completely failed. “Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay.
