“This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We walked into a room that smelled like mold and looked like it had not been cleaned properly. The mirror had water stains, the floors didn’t appear to have been mopped, and the toilet was not clean either. On top of that, half of the outlets in the room didn’t work, and several lamps were completely nonfunctional. The hotel also failed to provide basic toiletries. “There is no hot tub, they need to update the photo on website. Other than that it was great! The room, bathroom, and pool were all clean. Breakfast was neat too, really nice. My family& I enjoyed it and will most probably stay there again.”
