“The hotel was clean and at a good location. The front desk was not staffed all the time. When we arrived at the hotel we had to call a number and they gave us our room number and the Key/Card was left on the front desk, which we found unsafe. ”

“We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. We would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something a little different from a regular hotel experience!”

“Hotel di recente ristrutturazione ( o costruzione). perfettamente in ordine. Pulizia perfetta. L’edificio è situato in una piccola traversa, fra altri palazzi ed è poco visibile, ma in compenso è una sorpresa una volta entrati. Si sviluppa in altezza come le tipiche abitazioni vietnamite. Non dispone di ascensore. È a conduzione familiare e il titolare è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è alla carta e alquanto essenziale. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo.”

“Dzung and his wife Dep have made a lovely homestay. They are super sweet and accommodating. My room was large, comfortable and had an awesome view. They provide bikes to get around and Grabs are super easy to get. Dzung even arranged a private car transfer to and from Hanoi. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. It is not too far from main attractions and since transportation from Grab or scooter is an option, it makes it pretty easy. I would definitely come back here again”

“Hemos estado 3 noches alojados y el personal a pesar de no saber mucho inglés, hace por entenderte y ayudarte. La parte negativa fue que a pesar dedejarnos entrar antes a la habitación (llegamos antes pero no pedimos de entrar antes), nos dieron una de las habitaciones sin vistas a la piscina y en la pared había una especie de antigüa pintada que daba mal aspecto a la habitación. El desayuno también fue algo justo pero es una zona poco turística así que bien en general”
