“I thought that this would be a unique glamping experience. However, we were greeted by no one, found our camper amount a small group of other campers and tents. Very open area with little privacy. In the camper there few amenities with No coffee maker, fan, mini fridge or really any amenity to create a glamping experience. “We went out for the day. We returned at ten at night. Exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Bed not made. No clean towels. Toilet paper almost gone with no spare roll. Garbage not removed. I had to go back down to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. There was no offer of compensation. Not even an apology. Also the free breakfast is very slim pickings.”
