The room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. the matteress was old and cratrered, The parking lot light was outside the room window and the curtains did little to block it. “it was a wonderful day and it's a beautiful hotel. The only problem I had with it was every single time I try to reach someone at the desk. It immediately went to a hangup sound so I didn't like that because I couldn't order room service or anything with the phone.”
