After an exciting day exploring the city's stunning attractions, retreat to the open floor-plan living room, the perfect space to unwind. Sink into the oversized sectional, complete with plush pillows and throw blankets, grab some refreshments, and catch up on your favorite series on the Smart TV. The room boasts a decorative fireplace, chic sofa chairs, and stylish coffee tables with reading lamps. Enjoy seamless access to the terrace, where you can relax and take in the fresh air.
★ Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make up the second part of the open-concept living space. Featuring a contemporary design, spacious countertops, and modern cooking amenities, it's the perfect place to prepare delicious dishes with fresh ingredients from the nearby market.
The kitchen features a microwave, stove, double oven, toaster, blender, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, hot water kettle, double-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a sink with hot and cold water. You'll also find plates, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans.
Choose from the formal dining table with seating for 6 or the vast kitchen island, which also offers seating for 6, to serve your homemade meals and snacks.
★ Bedrooms
You can’t go wrong when choosing a bedroom since all are designed to provide high-end comforts to rest and relax after a fabulous day exploring Philadelphia's scenic landmarks and exciting attractions.
The Master Bedroom features two queen-size beds, an HD projector with a wide screen home cinema, and an ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 has two queen-size beds, while Bedroom 3 offers two full-sized bunk beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each include two queen-size beds.
Get those precious hours of sleep; tomorrow is a new and exciting day! Each bedroom is equipped with premium mattresses, pillows, linens, and sheets, Smart TVs, closets with hangers and shelves (a walk-in closet in the Master), nightstands with reading lamps, and workspaces with desks, chairs, and lamps.
★ Bathrooms
The villa offers five full bathrooms with a wide range of fresh, clean towels to ensure a worry-free and comfortable stay. The Master Bath features a jacuzzi soaker tub and separate walk-in shower, while the other bathrooms have walk-in showers. All bathrooms include a vanity (double in the Master Bath), mirror, toilet, towels, hair dryer, and essential toiletries.
★ First-Floor Gym & Play Area
Come down to the first floor to discover an entertainment oasis with a full fitness center where you can enjoy a good workout and have hours of fun with your family and friends. The area features a rock climbing wall, a basketball hoop, a fully-equipped workout gym with a wall rope challenge, and a children’s playroom.

Finally, we arrive at the pièce de résistance! The spacious rooftop terrace offers a private sanctuary featuring an upscale hot tub, relaxing lounge seating, and an al fresco dining area that rivals the finest restaurants. Guests staying at our house will enjoy full access to a range of amenities designed to enhance comfort and convenience throughout their stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.
