“We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the convenient location, especially being able to walk to Citizens Bank Park for the game.
Unfortunately, our room was not ready until about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture, although we do not drink and were unable to use them.
The room itself was clean overall, but there was noticeable dirt on the carpet in the bedroom area, and the body wash...

“We had a completely HORRIBLE stay here and to top it off the desk staff wouldn't do a thing about it. Pushed me off to the "manager" that never seemed to be on property. Never bothered to reach out to me to resolve the issues. Room smelled musty. Bed was hard and lumpy. Felt like bugs were biting my ankles under the covers. And after a horrible very short night of sleep I went to shower and found out my room had NO HOT WATER!!!!!!! Sleep in your car instead of staying here.”
