We've taken note of your comments to address these areas with heightened attention. We'd like to note, though, that the 150 is not a charge but a pre-authorization, thus guests will not see a refund. Once the guest checks out that pre-authorized amount is released automatically. Depending on your financial institution, it would take a few days for the remaining unused amount to fall back to your account. Nevertheless, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope that you'll give us another chance in the future to transform your impression.
