“After a bit of confusion about checking in, we arrived and after that everything was great. It was a surprise to find the window was onto a corridor, but the air con was good so no need to open a window, and also helped to make the room quiet.”

“Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating from start to finish due to poor communication, rude staff, and constant inconvenience. When we arrived, the front desk told us our room would “take a while” to be ready, but no one clearly explained that we wouldn’t actually get our room until 4 PM. Instead, they kept making us wait for nearly three hours, and every time we asked for an update, they would just say, “Let me check,” without giving us a real answer. No one suggested we come back...
