  • Vista Royale è un'unità privata con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni che si trova in alto sulla collina che domina Phillipsburg e Great Bay. Si trova a Monte Vista che è una gated community privata progettata per la privacy e la sicurezza. Durante il giorno puoi sederti a bordo piscina e guardare le navi da crociera entrare. Di notte puoi goderti la veranda e guardare i magnifici tramonti. C'è un barbecue incorporato per il vostro uso.

    Una parete di vetro scorrevole nel soggiorno e nella sala da pranzo si apre per far entrare l'esterno. Ventilatori a soffitto sulla veranda e in ogni camera portano la brezza caraibica. Ogni camera ha l'aria condizionata separata così come il soggiorno.

    Vista Royale ha tutti i comfort per farti sentire come a casa. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Sono forniti tutti i piccoli elettrodomestici. C'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice nell'unità così come tv via cavo, wifi gratuito, chiamate gratuite illimitate verso gli Stati Uniti e il Canada e un telefono cellulare locale per l'uso sul lato olandese dell'isola.

    Ogni camera ha un bagno privato. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Vengono fornite lenzuola di alta gamma, nonché teli da bagno e da spiaggia. La camera da letto principale ha anche una doccia esterna se si preferisce fare la doccia con la brezza caraibica.

This property is amazing... beautiful view, warm & inviting interior, spacious outdoor living, and of course the pool... I can't say enough about the pool.We had such a wonderful trip, very relaxing, with everything we needed at our fingertips. Debra is so easy to work with, very responsive and accommodating! Chris, the property manager, was also very responsive and so helpful!I highly recommend Debra's lovely Sint Maarten home, and we definitely hope to stay here again!

Great views. Situauted a short drive to the beach and many really good restaurants. Kitchen well equiped. Outdoor shower really handy. Washer and dryer very convenient, made a longer stay much easier. The deck and pool overlooking the bay are fantastic. No sargassum seaweed on this side of the island. Site manager responded to any issues quickly. Note: there are stairs to get into the unit from the parking.

The condo was great! The views were incredible and the condo was very comfortable and well stocked. If you like watching the sunset, this is the place for you!If you plan to explore the island, and I hope you would, you'll need a car. There are wonderful restaurants and shops that you won't want to miss. I didn't see it mentioned on the description, but there are (sturdy) spiral steps from the front door down to the living level. When we return to the island, we will DEFINiTELY stay here again because it has all of the amenities on our list.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful, clean home with its own private pool! Great view of the cruise ships. Had everything we needed and loved the open air living area. Would definitely recommend!

Villa was beautiful and very clean. Great views both day and night. Having the pool made the sunny days very enjoyable. All amenities available in the unit was an excellent bonus. Cannot wait to book again.

We had an excellent stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking - we enjoyed watching the cruise ships arrive and depart, the beach and distant hills. We could even spot the island of Saba I believe. Apartment was spacious, kitchen was well stocked. There was a mixup with our dates and the apartment wasn't ready or cleaned when we checked in, but upon contacting Debra, she ensured Chris got in touch and got cleaning crew to get the apartment ready for us. Other than the initial hiccup, everything went very well for us, and we would love to come back! Thanks!

Great stay

Beautiful views! Great place. It has all you need to stay comfortably. The cruise ships are fun to watch come in and out. If you are a light sleeper, the port can be loud. Pool was refreshing. We would stay there again!

Beautiful property and views

Amazing experience at Deb's property, the condo has been recently remodeled and looks fantastic. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything to prepare meals. The outdoor space is even better than it looks in the photos, so nice to have a private pool and be able to watch the cruise ships sail in and out every day. Definitely would stay here again without hesitation!

Spectacular

We have stayed here before. While the Villa was perfect before, it is more stunning now with the owner’s recent renovations. The property manager was courteous and responsive to a couple of minor issues. View is extraordinary over the port of Phillipsburg. We hope to return.

All the comforts of home

This rental is a hidden gem! The house is well cared for with all of the amenities you need. We could live here, no problem! The pool and the view are spectacular! Beautiful sunsets! The port below is active with cruise ships during the day and cargo ships some nights but not an issue for us. This was our first time in St Martin and if we return we would love to rent this home again.

Don’t know if a nicer place-with the gorgeous inside, huge and wonderful patio and breath taking view-exists in St Maarten!!!! Watching the cruise ships go in and out of port, while in the infinity pool, was an awesome experience!!! The sunrises and sunsets??!! WOW!!! 😍

Real gem!

We loved everything about our stay at Vista Royale! Favorite thing to do was open up the glass doors and take it all in. We could never get tired of that view! The outdoor space is just perfect. So fun to watch the cruise ships arrive in the morning and set sail in the evening. The kids loved the infinity pool and its lighting at night. Chris, the property manager, could not be more accommodating. Comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and nice updates. We had everything we needed for an amazing Christmas vacation. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Home With Panoramic View

Hello - just want to thank Deb for allowing us to stay at her beautiful home for 11 days during the 2023/2024 holidays. The home was beautifully decorated and we felt at home. We wanted for nothing. Loved the panoramic view of the marina - yachts/ships/tourists - which kept us busy. Fireworks display was something to see and enjoy from the balcony. This place was superb! Relaxing, invigorating and peaceful. Thank you again!

Paradise

We enjoyed our stay in St. Marteen very much, there was an issue the 1st 2 days we was at the rental, the ac inthe living room was not cooling and it was very hot. I spoke to the owner, she promptly sent maintenence over (Chris is an absolute gem). Chris could not get the air fixed is the only reason it took 2 days to repair, this was out of there hands, however they tried. After that, the vacation was very nice, the rental views and description are not done justice by the photos, I could sit out onthe back patio for hours. Thank you for the lovely stay, we would definitely stay here again

31st Wedding Anniversary Trip

This was our 3rd trip to Saint Martin and this was the BEST VRBO experience. The home is spectacular in every way - your renovations were so wonderful! You've thought of everything when planning for your visitors! Thank you for having the wonderful AC unit too! :) The views at Point Blanche are truly magical. We enjoyed the island daily, but raced home each day to enjoy Sunset Happy Hour from our own private porch and pool. Watching the cruise ships and barges along the port was truly a treat! Thank you again!!!

Excellent view, great outdoor space, good location

Enjoyed the experience and would recommend to family. The views are fantastic. There's continuous port activity immediately below which we found interesting, but may or may not be desirable to others. Recently updated. Very safe area and an easy ride down the hill to Phillipsburg. Had 2 issues and one was resolved quickly. The other was the wifi which the property manager attempted to fix, but no luck. He thought it might be a service provider issue, but no ultimate resolution. Other than not being able to complete work that I needed to get done, the place was a great pick for us.

Beautiful view….

Amazing view that literally pulls you outside! We did have a rough night with the banging of containers and beeping from the craziness of the container ship. But we knew that going in. We messaged the owner day two, the guest bath toilet leaked so bad we went thru two towels a day. (Clean water from tank) . A light filter in the ceiling was hanging there by the wires, an outlet in the master had no outlet plate. Ceiling paint spatter on kitchen counter. Nothing crazy, but as the property owner I thought they would want to know. We never got a reply, until after we were home and told them we were going to message Vrbo the pictures we took. We were asked to send them privately. We did so. Would we stay here again? Yes, it’s not terrible and I know they just finished a renovation. As a contractor I understand small things get forgotten. The lack of reply was shocking.

This property was not clean and many damaged non functional furnishings

This experience with this property was unacceptable. It was not cleaned from the last guests 3 weeks prior w used face cloths in bathroom and dead bugs and dirty floors. The patio chairs, loungers, and umbrella were all broken and not usable. The hot tub was not operable and not disclosed in listing. The WIFi was out for 1st 2 days and I had to pay $140 for the week for internet from my Verizon plan. Ceiling fan broken on patio. The chairs to sit in on the patio were Drs office lobby chairs. The bed was missing sheets. The mold around the pools tiles, broken tiles inside the condo. Condo full of Ants. We spoke to property manager the 1st day about the condition; he brought the cleaners by 2nd day and told them what to clean and scheduled them for the 3rd day. They never came back to clean. There was broken beach chairs and table chairs piled up on back patio. The build in grill was dilapidated and falling apart. The outdoor shower was broken; the broken shower head and the sheets were the only thing the property manager took care of. I sent an email to the owner requesting a response on day 2 and has yet to respond over a week later. The views and location were amazing. This property was not up to par for VBRO standards. Very frustrating and not acceptable. I would like to be contacted by VBRO. I have photos of everything I shared. The property managers response after showing him everything was; the owner knows and has plans to fix everything and renovate after our stay. Unacceptable. They had no problem listing old photos and taking our money!!!
