Hotel vicino a Phillips Mansion - Los Angeles

“When I arrive, there was construction. And no easy way to access for handicapped we found out later we could park in the lower garage and we could take the elevator up. There was no shower chair for handicapped. I had to call twice to have them arrive with a shower chair. The shower chair was very rickety when I took the shower water drained out of the shower onto the tile floor in the bathroom toward the door, I had to pay for the water which I was not expecting so I bought one bottle while I...

“My family and I stayed here hoping to use the pool since we came with our son, but when checking in the receptionist let us know that pool was under maintenance till further notice. We noticed that they are remodeling all the rooms and that would've been nice to know prior to booking. ”

“Took too long to recieve the room! Check in was at 3pm and the room was received at 4:30. I had an event and was running late due to the check in time being pushed back twice.”

“Staff here were not helpful at all. We booked a two-bed room, but on the same day they told us it was not available. They still charged us for a two-bed room and an additional ‘deposit.’ My friend, my boyfriend, and I also woke up with a bunch of bites on our bodies. Overall, I do not recommend this place at all.”

“we had to leave because the room was infested with roaches.. From the ceiling to the bathroom to the coffee tables,.. gross.. Thank you expedia for refunding our stay, My advice is to take them off your hotel list . I think they should be audited for all the bugs they have. Worst thing i ever saw in my life”

“Shower was clogged with what I was told by the person I was with a dildo. There was 2 drawers that were stuck so I tried to unstick them by but couldn't do I removed the top 2 drawers to look into the bottom drawers. There was an additional room that was tapped off and possibly barricaded from the other side. I tried to open it but it didn't really budge. Someone knocked on the door or something after 11 which was checkout telling us that it was time to go. We left no later than like 11:30.”
