“Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was walking distance to various tourist spots. Rooms were as advertised with unique features making it breathtaking upon entering. Couldn’t have asked for better service and wished we could have stayed longer. 10/10 would recommend for couples or a solo trip.”

“First of all the room smelled bad. They had a ozone air cleaner in room that was very noisy. The ice machine was destroyed on the 3rd floor same as it was during my last stay a few months ago. The fitted sheet doesn't fit right and kept coming undone. No shampoo for the shower bottle was empty. Floor and carpet was very dirty. When walking barefoot your feet became filthy had to keep shoes on in room. Breakfast was not good eggs and sausage was cold had to put in microwave to heat.”

“When we made the reservation, we told the Rez agent at Expedia that we will be arriving at 2 AM which was conveyed to the property. When we arrive, there was no one at the front desk. It was locked. When we call the number that was on the glass. The girl indicated that she had given away our room. After a couple seconds me speaking with her and she telling me to calm down she realized that my room was still there. Afterwards we checked in the room was horrific. The toilet did not flush. “It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!”

“It is newly renovated, very comfortable. Liz was very helpful and kind. The room was impeccably clean and had several room amenities that I don't see at many other places. It was close to the airport. A great restaurant right next door. We would definitely book again”
