"The pictures over represented the state of the hotel. It was run down. Our room still had trash and clothes under the bed. Sheets looked so wrinkled it’s possible it was from a previous guest. No bed bug protectors. The laundry room was open to the back lot area, where anybody could walk in, which ..."
