Welcome to your perfect desert getaway! This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in the heart of Scottsdale—just minutes from top-rated restaurants, boutique shops, and vibrant local attractions. It’s the ideal home base for families and groups looking to relax, explore, and unwind..

Step inside to find a spacious, open layout with stylish finishes, a pool table for indoor fun, and a kitchen that’s fully equipped for home-cooked meals. Whether you`re lounging by the private pool or enjoying the gorgeous mountain views, this home offers a memorable experience in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

The garage at this property is used for homeowner storage, and guests do not have access to it.

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

Great location. The streets around the house were never busy and it was always quiet around.The house had all the kitchen essentials that we needed. The 2 bedrooms we used were comfortable. We loved the pool table and beautiful back yard!

The neighborhood was quiet. The pool heater did not work or was not turned on which I reserved weeks ahead of time. I informed them as soon as we arrived but pool was never heated. I don't think the pool jets themselves turned on one time and the pool vacuum did not work. Kitchen counters still had crumbs and food on them when checking in. Pool table was in good condition, however, none of the pool ques had tips. One of the queen bed frames or box springs were broken so one of our couples had to sleep in the twin beds. Looked as if the backyard had not been maintained in a long time. Property manager had good communication even if nothing was done to fix problems during our trip.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect for any group looking to have great access to golf courses across the region. We found its location to be simply outstanding with great restaurants within a few minute drive away. The property is also very roomy and well appointed also…..couldn’t ask for more!

Would definitely recommend. House was spacious. Kitchen had lots of dishes, cookware and glasses. Big back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend owner upgrade refrigerator to have ice maker, new/fix cue sticks, and Directv or like service and minor cosmetic things that were broken.

Communication was top notch on this location and they were able to answer any questions I had. The overall experience of the house was great. Clean working BBQ was a plus and made using the pool even better. The kitchen area was big and it was cool to have this furnished with glassware/ utensils / spices etc etc. Convenient 5 min uber from the casino and old town Scottsdale. I would definitely book this place again.

Overall it was a good visit. We were there for work, and working long hours, and didnt notice that the pool was dirty until the day we wanted to use it. Don't think that the filters were running at all and the pool vacuum didn't seem to move. I alerted Prop Mgmt. But it was too late in the day/stay to correct it.However, the house was great. Beds very comfortable, ample pillows, lots of space so no one felt on top of each other. Bathrooms were nice. We had to wash towels/washcloths during our visit due to quantity available, and they had detergent pods there. Kitchen was lovely. Had a WalMart grocery delivery first morning no problem.

The house was beautiful. Very spacious, clean and accommodating for families. The outdoor area was also very spacious and the pool was a good size. Only complaint with the property is at arrival the pool had a layer of dirt on the bottom of the pool and some debris floating on the top of the pool. When we contacted the host about it, they said that they would contact the pool cleaning company to come check it out. The cleaners never showed up and the pool was not cleaned once during our stay, even though the host informed us the pool should have been cleaned twice including the day we arrived. Other than that, the property is a perfect place to stay.

This house was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The only down fall is that the pool was not very clean. They came once to clean it and it was still a little dirty plus the pool vacuum was not working and their were no lounge chairs by the pool.

The little things

The pictures are out of date, backyard is no longer grass, just dirt. All the mirrors in bathrooms are hung for some 5’ 2” and shorter. If you’re taller you have to squat to see your hair.She me of the kitchen lights did not work and lights with dimmer were installed upside down.
