3 Bed Room Two Bath

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Central to ASU (Downtown Tempe), Cubs Spring Training, and Downtown Scottsdale. This tucked away townhouse provides a sanctuary close to all the best attractions. This 3 bed two bath townhouse is tucked into a small community in the heart of metro Phoenix. Master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a full bed and is adjacent to the second bathroom. The third bedroom is set up for an at home office with a futon couch. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with a new washer dryer. The kitchen opens into the living room which has a vaulted ceiling, TV and a fireplace. The living room opens to the deck where outdoor patio dining is set up. Pool and hot tub are located in the center of the property and are accessible via key in the townhouse.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very easy to find, which made arrival stress-free. The space was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. Everything was just as described, and we truly felt at home during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

My wife and I had a great experience with Tina's beautiful condo, in Tempe Arizona. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Many extra additional mostly kitchen appliances and such which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great place, and communication. Would definitely stay again, if available.

Perfect Weekend Stay

This 3 bedroom condo was ideal for our extended family in town for a wedding. There were pristinely clean rooms for all of us and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. The unit had all the essential kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. The condo is centrally located, only about 20 minutes from the experiences we wanted to have in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa.

All the good reviews say it all. Modern, comfortable, extra clean, tons of towels, iron, steamer, pool games, air purifiers, more. Can’t think of anything that would have been better. Walking distance to food. Highly recommend!

Family trip

The condo was relatively clean and the property manager was timely and helpful in her responses to our questions. I wouldn't advertise "sleeps 6" with only a full-sized daybed in one of the rooms, but other than that, it was conveniently located and it suited our needs for my elderly mother's final visit to her sister.

Perfect for our needs

It was very convenient. Nice amenities. Only down side was the lighting/fan wasn't working and Tina did her best to immediately address what we thought were the batteries and sending the right ones but it still wasn't working. I wish the code could be sent a week ahead as it was stressful with only 24 hrs or less. Other than that, it was nice to have a few things like foil and even some Pam. Appreciate washer and dryer but maybe a curtain would work so you could open the dryer more. Cute and comfortable.

Convenient to ASU

Located close enough to downtown Tempe/ASU to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy a little quiet. We especially liked the private shaded patio, and the guestbook guitar which was perfectly in tune!

Travelled to Phoenix for surgery from el paso

In Phoenix for surgery, with family. Town house is comfortable with 3 bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Washer and dryer large capacity. Easy access to 101. Plenty of restaurants at Tempe market place, Safeway and Walmarts close by.House is conveniently located at the beginning of complex with designated parking a few steps from the house.
