Venite a rilassarvi e godetevi il sole in questa nuovissima casa con 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni, costruita in una delle comunità lacustri più ambite della Greater Phoenix Area. Questa casa quasi 4000 piedi quadrati ospita comodamente 11 e dispone di una sala giochi, sala da pranzo a volta separata (posti a sedere 8), tavolo da cucina angolo rotondo vetro mozzafiato (posti a sedere 8), sala bar in granito 3 posti a sedere, dispensa, stufa a gas naturale, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ampio soggiorno con massiccia sezione, sala bonus con posti a sedere in pelle, garage per auto triplo e molto altro! Goditi la tua piscina privata riscaldata e la vasca idromassaggio o cammina lungo i numerosi sentieri per goderti la piscina in stile Clubhouse Exclusive con le corsie per nuotare e il Water Splash Park. Il club house della comunità offre anche un centro fitness all'avanguardia, corsi di babysitting e fitness a pagamento minimo per i non soci.

La casa si trova a pochi passi da uno dei numerosi parchi e alle spalle una cintura verde che si collega a oltre 12 chilometri di sentieri lastricati e piste ciclabili. Si trova a 7 minuti dall'aeroporto di Mesa ea 30 minuti dall'aeroporto di Sky Harbor, con accesso al lussuoso centro commerciale San Tan Village Mall, vicino a numerosi campi da golf, centri termali e ristoranti, cinema e centri commerciali premiati. I principali negozi di alimentari, negozi di droga, distributori di benzina e, naturalmente, uno Starbucks sono a soli 5 minuti di distanza.

Gli ospiti potranno godere di 5 camere da letto private e 3 bagni completi e un ulteriore 1/2 bagno. La master suite si trova al piano principale e si affaccia sulla piscina. La master suite dispone di un letto king size con una zona lettura separata, una grande vasca di immersione, due lavandini separati e vanità, una cabina doccia completa e due cabine armadio separate! Le altre 4 camere si trovano al secondo piano e altri due bagni completi. 1 camera da letto ha un letto king size con una cabina armadio, camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, camera da letto 3 ha un letto king size nuovo di zecca e camera da letto 4 ha un letto a castello con un doppio sul fondo e letto singolo in cima.

Al piano superiore dispone di una sala bonus enorme con divano reclinabile in pelle e ulteriore area giochi Futon e bambini.

Il cortile vanta un patio coperto zona pranzo con porta scorrevole in vetro glamour e ventilatore che consente di portare l'esterno in! La nostra casa dispone anche di altoparlanti Bluetooth interni ed esterni, Weber Natural Gas Grill, lussuosi lettini da giardino, patio completo da pranzo, lettini da piscina, opzioni per ombrelloni da piscina per chi ama l'ombra, giochi in piscina, cascata in piscina, rete da basket in piscina , rete da pallavolo in piscina e molto altro!

Loved all the space in this location, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 Baths, Pool, Hot Tub, outside patio area, all so great for visiting in several areas at once, and the available garage made loading in and out so convenient. Excellent. The home could use a little maintenance, deep cleaning, carpet stretched, cleaned, wall scuffs repaired, there wasn’t enough TP for 11 people for five days, we couldn’t find a can opener, not many wash cloths, we provided those things, but overall, absolutely no regrets, we totally enjoyed our stay, and the Hosts were amazing, totally available for any questions — Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us!!

My college friends stayed in this gorgeous house. The kitchen was fully stocked so we could cook our meals in the big kitchen. One of the gals loved the kitchen so much she sent pictures to her husband for ideas for their remodel. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Spacious rooms, overall,we enjoyed the stay. Only a couple of minor complaints: We could never get the pool to heat up, so our use of pool was limited to the spa. The climate control for the bottom floor was not working so it was a bit cool at nights.The pool table did not have useful que sticks.

Cleanliness of the home was exceptional. The property was exactly as advertised if not better. It was a wonderful space to bring our family together with lots of space and activities to be able to talk, play and eat meals.

House was great for our 4 families visiting for a soccer tourney. Plenty of room and tons of kitchen stuff including spices and condiments. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Outside the house there was some clutter in garage and pool area was messy (cans and furniture all over the place outside). Pool and hot tub themselves were clean and as advertised.Location was great with stores and restaurants close by. Finally and surprising to us… there was a large heard of long horn cattle that ran through the backyard everyday. We loved our moooing wake ups each day!Overall we loved the house and would definitely recommend for large family or group of friends.

Great property for our group of 8. 3 couples and our 2 grandkids. House was clean and had all of the amenities we could ask for. Pool was a great hit. Location was close enough to all of activities we had to do. Would/will definitely stay again.

We were 3 couples and a couple of adult kids in town for a friend’s wedding… this was a perfect fit for us. (A full bathroom for each family unit- essential!) Communication was prompt and we were able to check in early which was wonderful! We are out so can’t speak to kitchen supplies, but it seemed well stocked. Very happy with this stay.

This house had everything we needed for 6 of us to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was easy to get to and close to grocery stores, etc. We had cooler weather so were not able to utilize the pool as it wasn't warm enough but the hot tub was used during the entire stay.

The house was advertised with a heated pool and jacuzzi they didn't work I called the host before my arrival date she told me that swimming pool and jacuzzi were working imagine a family vacation in 100 degree temperature with no water to enjoy neither jacuzzi or pool work my husband and I are seniors we enjoy going in the jacuzzi and pool but we didn't go in the water at all we were stuck inside the house.The sadest thing is that the host knew that pool didn't work and didn't tell me I would have cancel and find another property I should had been notified I spent the whole time trying to get in contact with the host and vrbo to correct the problems but nothing was done very dissatisfied

The main floor was much bigger than how it appeared in the pictures, which was a huge plus! The property owner was also quick to respond to our inquiries. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. If we were to come back to Gilbert, I would definitely consider staying here again

Overall, our stay was ok but there were several issues. 1. This was marketed as a 5 BR/3+ bath. We did not have access to the master suite on the main floor which was unfortunate since one person in our group had knee surgery. 2. The hot tub did not heat up. 3. One of the upstairs bathroom drains did not work making that tub/shower unusable. 4. The exterior of the house & garage was dirty with items of disrepair throughout.

The property was perfect for our Stay in Gilbert. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be on top of each other. The 5 bedrooms were perfect for each family to have their own, 3 1/2 baths were needed with 3 family’s trying to get ready for a wedding at the same time. The entire family enjoyed the pool, especially in the July heat. Location was convenient to other family in town, stores and restaurants. The only “ding” was that the couch upstairs had broken pieces. The chaise lounger could only be used if you stuffed a pillow inside the hole where you sit, one of the recliners In the couch couldn’t work because the “pull” strap was stripped and broken. Wear and tear is to be expected on rentals and I’ve stayed in my share and this was a great property for our needs. Owner was very accessible. We had a great time. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener instead of having to get in and out of the car to use the keypad but all and all it was a minor inconvenience. We would recommend this rental for large family’s.

Positives: Great property with all sorts of amenities that served us well for college alumni getaway from WA State. Plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies, some leftovers from previous visitors. Great location, although we had food/groceries delivered, so we did not have to go anywhere. Pool is fun and appreciated pool towels and a few "toys" - i.e. pool noodles. Liked the privacy of pool area/backyard. Fairly clean and rate was reasonable. The variety of sleeping arrangements was a plus (we had 8 people, including 1 in a wheelchair). The guest book is a great idea - enjoyed reading. Not-So-Positive: We could not figure out how to use the indoor or outdoor speakers; no instructions in the "house book". The "house book" could use updated information in where to find things in the house (i.e. map?). It was difficult to find which switch belonged to which fan or light and which remote worked for what. We did not have enough toilet paper for the long weekend. I understand that we were suppose to buy our own supplies, but would have thought that TP was a basic for a VRBO. Two out of the four pool lounge chairs are broken. The pool did not seem like it had been maintained. Friends that live close brought over chlorine tablets and shock treatment to use before we jumped in. Seems reasonable to skim the pool with net, given the AZ winds, but for the pool cleaner to have zero chlorine tablets is not right. Suggest: A few modifications to master bath and you could advertise as ADA VRBO.
