Perfect location!

Very clean, great location near the Gilbert Regional Park. We couldn’t figure out how to use the thermostat, and the windows didn’t open on one side of the casita so we couldn’t get a cross breeze at night. Very low water pressure in the bathroom sink, but fine in the shower and toilet. Otherwise it was perfect for our needs. A comfortable bed and pillows, quiet neighborhood, clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

Nice place to stay in Gilbert!

I enjoyed my recent stay at Dipak’s casita. The place was very clean with easy access in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what I needed for the weekend. I would stay at Dipak’s casita again for future visits.

Perfect for our needs

Small room for our needs, suited us perfectly. Some issues as most lights did not work, including the ceiling fan, but is an easy fix. We did not communicate this to the owner, as the room is located 8 minutes from in-laws, so we weren't at the room other than sleep. It is located in a gated community, safe and very quiet.After many, many trips to see Gilbert, AZ family, this spot will be at the top of our list going forward with no concerns booking again.

Safe, secure and simple.

This Casita was located in a gated neighborhood—safe and secure. It was as described on the website. Host responsive almost immediately by text. Unit was simply decorated and supplied which was consistent with the low price point. There was a nice grocery in the immediate area for supplies.

Elegant gated community; room disappointingt

I did not read the amenities carefully. My fault. The unit was beautiful, but the furnishings and linens (bed and bath) were bargin basement. I missed having a coffee pot, cup in bathroom, sleeping pillows on the bed (not just shams). Wifi was available, but the host did not provide the password to access. Host did not teach me how to set thermostat. Every night, the program dropped the temp to 56 degrees. The room was cold when I woke up. I appreciated the refrigerator.

Never stay there again, in spite of location and cleanliness.

Incorrect gate code. Also couldnt get into house location. Difficult to enter room. Most confusing and difficult air conditioning unit we've ever encountered. Worked only sporadically. Couldnt depend on room temperature, ever! Had to call phone number late at night after spending over 1/2 an hour trying once again to enter location. Weve never, ever had more problems with any place we have ever stayed in! Dont know how this rental can stay in business. I love giving good reviews. Could not do so at this location!

The neighborhood was very nice, the gated community gave a sense of security and safety. The gate code was easy to use as was the keyless entry to the room. The nearby shopping center had nice choices for dining and snacking. The list of amenities to this property was accurate, I simply assumed, wrongly, that there would be at least a mini-fridge to keep water or other drinks cold. This is my fourth VRBO stay and the first that had no microwave or refrigerator. The bed mattress had virtually no support and the two pillows were so mushy they could not be stacked for sitting up in bed. The footboard is so high that when lying in bed, I could only see the top half of the television screen and to use the tv remote I had to hold my arm fully raised to clear the footboard for the signal. There were no extra pillows or blanket in the closet. The bed had a top sheet and flimsy bedspread, no blanket. The ceiling above the bed had capped wires exposed with no plate to cover them as if a light or ceiling fan should be there. The bathroom sink faucet handle for cold water did not work, no water flowed. The hot water handle worked, it took almost two minutes for warm water to begin to flow. Some electric sockets did not work and I was made aware of it when my electronics did not charge overnight. Ugh. The actual property was very appealing and upscale. I especially appreciated the deadbolt automatically locking a few seconds after entering. However, I considered the room austere.

Disappointed with property

The property is in a lovely neighbourhood but was plagued with issues inside Bare wires hung from the ceiling where a fan was or will be installed. There were no pillow cases other than the decorative one matching the spread. Light fixtures on the ceiling had bare bulbs and unfinished can “holes”. Most unpleasant was no hot water after a lukewarm shower the first night. Unfortunately a cold snap turned the weather very cold and no blankets were found in the room.

Pickleball stay

The location is great for pickleball because it's 3 minutes away from Gilbert regional park and 15 minutes to Bell Bank Park. I stayed here for a tournament and it was fantastic. Dipak helped me settle in to this great property. It was in a quiet gated community with private entrance. It was very clean and spacious. The issues I would mention just to help Dipak improve would be the bed. The foot board was so tall that it was hard to see all of the TV. I think it would be fixed if a box spring and better mattress was put on the bed. Plus the mattress was too soft for me. Other than that a wonderful property.

2 days from Canada to visit family

Exceptionally clean!!!! Pleased to be in a SAFE neighbourhood as seniors. Recommendations: to enter gate, plse note # before security number as that is obliterated from front panel. Room is too large for such sparse furnishings. Idea - 2 comfortable chairs/small table so not to have to go to bed to watch TV. Better mattress/or bed springs under mattress for better support Better pillows or 2 extra Coffee maker with coffee/packaged sugar/packaged whitener/paper cups would have made all the difference. Would be happy to come back again

Cozy room in great gated community

I stayed her for Christmas since my mom had a full house. Our own. Private Casita connected to the house entrance. Own bathroom and big room. I will definitely stay here again

Stay and Return

The area has easy access. It is safe and very quiet. The Host was accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had everything needed. We would recommend this beautiful place. If we get that way again, we will see if it is available! Thank you
