THE SPACE
Your Arizona getaway begins the moment you step into The Serene. This beautiful 7-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was designed for travelers who love space to relax, laugh, and reconnect. Splash in the private pool, play pickleball, host a backyard BBQ, toss cornhole, or battle it out in a game of croquet; there's something for everyone. And when the sun goes down, the fun moves inside to the ultimate game room loaded with a pool table, arcade games, a PS4, board games, and more. Make yourself at home; your best memories are waiting!

The Serene lives up to its name the moment you walk through the door. Thoughtfully designed and decorated in a modern, bright and airy style with warm boho touches throughout, the home strikes the perfect balance between stylish and comfortable; the kind of place that feels instantly like home.

Bedrooms; Sleeping up to 16 Guests
The Serene sleeps your whole crew comfortably across 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms:

**3 rooms with king size beds
**1 room with a queen size bed
**2 rooms with double beds
**1 room with 3 twin beds
**1 queen size air mattress available upon request

The Master Suite (Second Floor)
The crown jewel of The Serene. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom, and its own TV; your own peaceful retreat after a full day of Arizona fun.

Bathrooms
Three well-appointed bathrooms serve the home; one private ensuite in the master suite on the second floor, one full bathroom on the second floor shared by the upstairs bedrooms, and one full bathroom conveniently located on the main floor.

Kitchen
The bright and spacious kitchen is fully stocked and ready for everything from a quick morning coffee to a full group dinner. Guests have access to cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a full lineup of appliances including a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, rice maker, blender, mixer, and air fryer. BBQ grill utensils are also provided for backyard cookouts!

Living Room
The open and airy living room is the perfect gathering spot, with comfortable seating and a TV for movie nights and group hangouts. Streaming is available; just bring your own Netflix, Hulu, or favorite app login.

Game Room
When the fun really gets going, head to the game room; a dedicated entertainment space loaded with a pool table, arcade games, a PS4, a big screen TV, tic-tac-toe, board games, and more.

Private Pool & Patio
Step outside to your own private oasis. The sparkling pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area complete with a large umbrella for shade, a ceiling fan to keep the Arizona breeze flowing, and a patio table with seating for 8; perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails under the desert sky. And we can't forget about the Barbecue area for those days when you want to enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather. Pool floaties are provided for extra fun!

Outdoor Games
The backyard fun doesn't stop at the pool. Challenge your group to a game of pickleball, croquet, or cornhole; all available right on the property. Fire up the BBQ and make a full day of it!

Garage Gym
For guests who like to keep up with their fitness routine, the garage gym has you covered with dumbbells, a barbell with weights, and a bench; everything you need for a solid workout before a day of Arizona adventures.

Laundry
A washer and dryer are available for guest use; perfect for longer stays or after a fun day outdoors.

Parking
Plenty of room for the whole group; 2 vehicles fit comfortably inside the garage, with space for 3 to 4 additional cars in the driveway.

Pet Friendly
We love your furry family members! Pets are welcome at The Serene with an extra cleaning charge so we can keep your home allergy free for all guests to enjoy. Please note that pets must remain on the main floor only.

Linens & Towels
Fresh towels and linens are provided for all guests; just show up, settle in, and start making memories!

Guests have full access to the entire home, including:

*Fully equipped kitchen
*Living room

*Garage gym
*Washer and dryer
*Garage parking (2 spaces) and driveway (3-4 cars)

Please note:

Pets are welcome but must remain on the main floor only
The walk-in closet in the master suite is partially reserved for linen storage

OTHER NOTES
Check-In
The Serene features a secure keypad entry; no keys needed! Your unique access code will be sent to you shortly before your check-in date along with your welcome message, making arrival smooth and stress-free.

WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout the home. Your network name and password will be provided on the day of check-in and is also posted inside the home for easy reference.

Pool Safety
The pool is fully fenced for added safety and peace of mind. We kindly ask that children are always supervised by an adult while in or around the pool area. Safety first; always!

Quiet Hours
Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. We want The Serene to remain a welcoming place for everyone in the community, so we appreciate your cooperation!

Parking
Parking is available in the garage (2 spaces) and driveway (3-4 cars). Please note that street parking is not permitted.

Private Use Only
The Serene is reserved strictly for the private use of registered guests. For groups interested in hosting a special gathering or event, please reach out prior to booking; special arrangements can be made for an additional fee to accommodate extra wear and tear.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. Please remember that all pets must remain on the main floor only throughout the stay.

Safety Equipment
Your safety is our priority! For peace of mind during your stay, a fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen and a first aid kit is stocked in the cabinet above the coffee area; clearly accessible should you ever need it.

Checkout Instructions
Detailed checkout instructions will be sent to you the evening before your departure date, so no surprises and no stress on your way out!
