The space:
This spacious 2,520 sqft home boasts 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 4 bathrooms (2 half, 2 full), comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience, ensuring a memorable stay for all.

Entrance & Living Room: As you step into the house, you’ll find the living room to your left. It features a large sitting area, a Smart TV, and an electric fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation.

Dining Areas: The main dining area near the living room seats up to 6 guests comfortably. Additionally, there is another table near the kitchen that seats 4 guests.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: This room features a king-sized bed for 2 guests, a table, a smart TV, a ceiling fan, an extra chair, a closet, and an extra fan. The ensuite half bathroom includes an enclosed glass shower, toilet, and his and her sink.

Bedroom 2: Equipped with a king-sized bed for 2 guests, 2 bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and a closet with mirrors.

Bedroom 3: Includes a king-sized bed for 2 guests, 2 bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, a closet with mirrors, and a smart TV.

Hallway Bathroom: A full bathroom serving Bedrooms 2 and 3, with a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower.

Bedroom 4: Offers a king-sized bed for 2 guests, a smart TV, 2 bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and convenient access to the backyard. The ensuite full bathroom features a sink, toilet, and a bathtub with a shower.

Bedroom 5: Furnished with 2 bunk beds (4 queen beds), accommodating up to 8 guests.

Additional Half Bathroom: Includes a toilet, sink, and enclosed glass shower, shared between the kitchen, laundry area, and game room.

Kitchen & Laundry: The fully equipped kitchen features an island with 3 extra chairs. Guests can access Bedroom 5, the laundry area with a washer and dryer, and the game room through the kitchen.

Game Room: This fun space includes a large sofa, a ceiling fan, a smart TV, and a pool table, perfect for entertainment.

Outdoor/Backyard Oasis: The backyard is a true retreat, featuring a large pool that goes 9 feet deep, a hot tub, a putting green, a BBQ area, and a propane firepit. It’s within 10 minutes of 5 different golf courses. Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won't be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are very responsive from 8AM to 10PM.

Verification Required: For security purposes, guests are required to provide a photo of a valid ID and credit card (showing only the name matching the reservation and expiration date) before arrival. These documents must be submitted for verification before check-in.

Pool Information:
The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Wednesday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you notify us, we will be happy to try and arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.

Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:
The trash collection is every Monday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after the trash is collected.

We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.

Inside Fireplace:
The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functional, designed exclusively for display and décor.

Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
