  • BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! Welcome to our brand-new remodeled beach-themed home!

    Our pristine and modern 2 bd/2 ba home has a private pool and dedicated workspace with a standing desk, ideal for remote work. Relax at the pool, under the 4 mature palm trees. Recline on the 5-seat oversized sectional and get blown away by the backlit 82" TV on the immersive 5.1.2 channel Dolby Atmos theater sound system. We also offer keyless entry with a 24/7 monitored security system for your safety and convenience.

    MASTER: This home offers a master bedroom with a king bed and a beautiful view of the pool with private patio doors. The master also has a dedicated workspace with an electronic standing desk.
    The master bathroom was newly remodeled with double sink vanity and a glass door shower with cobblestone flooring.
    There is also a 65" smart tv in the master.

    BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a personal reading light.

    LIVING ROOM: The living room has an 82" smart tv and a comfortable reclining sectional. The tv is connected to a powerful surround sound system. An Apple TV is also available for use.

    DINING: The dining area is right off the living room and has room for 6-7 guests.

    KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Some inclusions: pots and pans, flatware, cups, plates, mugs, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, mixing bowls, baking sheets, cutting boards.

    POOL: Private pool and patio in the backyard. We provide pool service and cleaning once a week. Please note the pool is NOT heated.

    PERKS:
    Each room has dimmable lamps.
    Each fan is equipped with a remote for easy use.
    An echo has been left in the kitchen for your enjoyment.
    All lights are able to be controlled through Alexa.
    The home is secured by a Ring doorbell and Ring security system.
    We offer the use of the garage for storage or parking.

This was the perfect place for my parents during their 3-week stay. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The hosts were amazing and very attentive with communication throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Perfect stay

The house was clean, well stocked and the pool was fantastic. The hosts were super responsive and very gracious when my kid broke a lamp. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

This house was perfect for our stay. It is very close to many major highways that made it easy to get around town. There were also many restaurant options within a few miles of this location. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a reasonably priced home in a nice neighborhood. It has a pool with patio table, chairs and umbrella, comfortable beds, is close to many restaurants and 20 min from the airport! The owners were very responsive to questions. The big TV is a nice feature. It was fine for our needs.

Property condition

We are 2 adults, and we stayed in the property 19 days.The location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and many parks for hiking which is one of our main reasons to stay in the Phoenix area. The property has in general all that is needed for a few weeks stay. There is a nice pool however we did not use it as it was too cold during the Dec./ Jan. time frame. I would recommend the property for a few weeks' time frame stay vacation.

Great location house needed cleaning

We loved the area that’s why we picked Chandler. Unfortunately the house needed cleaning when we arrived that was disappointing. Safe neighborhood nice to ride bikes.

Needs a cleaning

We liked the location and the pool. The house was in need of a good cleaning. The garbage wasn’t picked up for two weeks and some days sitting out it was pretty smelly.The blinds, the windows, floors, cutlery and door were all dirty. I spoke to the owners about the cleanliness when we got home and he said we should have told him right away. Well we were busy and cleaned as we went. I wasn’t wasting my vacation waiting on someone else. He said he would look into getting our cleaning fee refunded but we’ve haven’t heard back. I understand they have companies who clean and do the garbage but their issues aren’t my problem. We certainly didn’t get what we paid for.
