Overall a good stay. Hotel is clean and room is very nicely decorated. My issues were.... 1. Staff is very inattentive and almost rude. 2. The mattress was very uncomfortable. 3. Not enough towels or toilet paper, as well.as.onr of my waters was half drank.

Small, was ok. Hate that hotels are not doing overnight service. Getting towls and coffee only took 6 hours. Also hate pay for parking. Few if any travel without a vehicle. Another deceptuve way sound less expensive when looking for hotel.

The lock on our door did not function properly, the TV did not work, shower had hair and dead bugs in it. They moved us to a different room that was half the size of the original. Definitely not worth the $300.00 per night.

$500 dollars a night and the volume on the tv wouldn't work. When we told the front desk, we were told it was the weekend and no maintenance people were working. Seriously?

Not really impressed. Room was dirty upon arrival so we had to switch rooms. No room service, microwave or iron. Bathroom/shower situation was…. interesting? Paid parking and no breakfast. It was decent but not for the price. The location however is great and lots of things you can walk to and great night atmosphere around the hotel.

When we first arrived, our room was not ready. We waited 30 minutes and asked again but it was still not ready so the manager switched our rooms. When we got to the room, the window covering was broken and would not come down. The manager came to the room and tried to help but it was still broken. She eneded up switching our rooms again and that room was perfect. This is all while she was at the front alone and checking in a ton of people while running back and forth to help us. It was frustrating with the room situation but her help made it not a big deal because she never blew us off. Shes the slim woman with long light brown/reddish hair and she went above and beyond. She deserves a raise.

Really had a tough check-in experience along with the five people in line with me while the person working the front desk was on the phone with their supervisor who was trying to manage the fact that the site was overbooked. One gentleman could not access his room, I could not check in due to rooms being moved and others just waited. Overall it was a poor experience and the condition of the rooms, that I assume are newly built, are already showing wear and tear. Additionally one of the two beds looked soiled. I was too tired to address it and opted for the cleaner of the two beds. I will not be staying here again.

Attractive and modern exterior, functional room with coffee machine. Staff were very nice but we had many issues with the room. 1st day the toilet wasn't flushing properly, 2nd day the shower backed up due to hair build-up in the under-floor drain, 3rd day our very noisy AC unit started squealing loudly and crapped out. We had to pack everything up and change rooms. You would think a room upgrade would be in order after this many issues in this practically empty hotel but we did not get one. The location is super handy but I would not stay here again.

The room wasn't cleaned well. The previous persons hair was still all over the bathroom floor. They didn't come in to tidy the room or provide clean towels.

The staff (with one expectation) were rude and treated us as if we an inconvenience. Our room did not get serviced and when I asked for coffee and towels for our room, you would have thought I was asking the man to build me a new room. While it was convenient to stay there for game, we will not be staying there in the future. I would rather pay more for a different hotel, than to be treated so poorly.

Ehhh it's ok
The hotel was fine appearance wise, but I disliked the paid parking and the paid breakfast. The shower heads in the showers were also very cheap and did not really feel good (way too much pressure). It is in a good location though with plenty of places near it to go eat or have fun.

It's aaight but with certain nuances.
The guy at the front desk was, well, meh. Quite dry and while not rude, definitely not friendly; he was basically just doing the minimum. I was driving a Tesla and there are two great complimentary chargers out front but one was blocked by a non-EV car that apparently belonged to an employee. While this is a First-World Problem, c'mon. There are a ton of other spaces for everyone to park and allow EV's to charge overnight. Front desk didn't seem to care about this. I had never stayed in an ALoft hotel and wasn't sure what to expect. The room has a curtain separating the bathroom from the area where the beds are. So if you're going with friends who may slap you with a wet towel like in a high school locker room you may want to stay in a place that actually has a door in order to go in the bathroom. I thought this part was a little funky. Now the toilet IS in fact separate in a little nook and does have a pocket door. But if you're in the shower and the other person in the room is not your intimate partner (like your brother or your little nephew or next-door neighbor or your kid's English teacher) they can definitely sneak a peek when you're in the shower. But if you live the free lifestyle then by all means, tempt away.

Check in was at 3, we arrived at 4 and our room wasn’t ready. They did find another room for us though. It was directly behind the bar. They charge $15 per night to park in their parking lot. It’s not a garage or valet. It’s just like 10 spots in front of the hotel. The rooms are small and the walls are paper thin. I was woke up twice because it sounded like someone was in our room. The rug in the room had stains and was really dirty. There is one bottle of water in the room and they charge $5 for it. I think the oldest person that worked there was about 19 and they do not care about much. They have a bar in the lobby, but they were unable to make a margarita, Long Island, or a vodka cranberry. Had to settle for a coors light.

Stayed 9/17. TV didn’t work. Was told the maintenance guy wouldn’t be in until the next day. Got moved to another room and that TV didn’t work as well. Hotel bar didn’t open until 4pm. Shower water pressure is very low. I’ve stayed here multiple times before with great experiences. I don’t know why this last time was so difficult for them. I do like the noon checkout but even the next day when the TV started working again, it had no sound.

Perfect for a State Farm Stadium stay
Spent the night for a concert at State Farm Stadium so spent little time in the room. Upon entering the room, it smelled and it was hot. I didn’t care for the bathroom. I don’t know why hotels have curtains instead of an actual door for the bathroom. This is the 2nd hotel I’ve stayed at that has a curtain instead of door. It makes for an awkward situation and little privacy when having to use the bathroom. Toilet did have a sliding door but a black curtain for the shower and sink area. There was a little fridge which was great to put our drinks in. The best part of the room was the blackout curtain. It blocked all the light out. It was great for sleeping in. The location was fantastic! It was right near a lot of stores, restaurants, and the freeway. It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium.

Nice hotel
Very happy with our stay here. Room was ready at check-in time. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. Front staff was friendly. Nice bar with pool table. Outside pool looked nice. Walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops, movies and Westgate center. The room was very small, but the bed was extremely comfortable.
