Casa per le vacanze

Casa 5/3 molto particolare con mobili in pelle / marmo, piano / cantina, 47 dipinti ad olio / foto / specchi, 19 tappeti. Situato a 1-5 miglia da Layton Lakes e 3 campi da golf e 2 parchi a Gilbert / Chandler nella zona di Greater Phoenix. Nessuna piscina riscaldata, ma se ne hai bisogno, puoi visitare la mia altra casa che ha accesso completo GRATUITO ai servizi McCormick a Scottsdale Resort, tra cui piscina riscaldata a 85 gradi, kayak, canoe, biciclette, canne da pesca e giochi all'aperto, campo da tennis , Sand Volley.

Completamente arredato 5 camere da letto / 3 bagni piena casa situata sul confine di Gilbert e Chandler sul lato sud-est di Phoenix e Scottsdale. Ci sono due salotti. Il salotto interno ha un divano componibile in pelle Ashley 6-pc con 3 poltrone reclinabili. Il soggiorno esterno ha due divani in pelle Ashley, un pianoforte, una scrivania formale, un centro di intrattenimento. Una camera da letto e un bagno situati al piano inferiore, quattro camere da letto e due bagni situati al piano superiore. La sala da pranzo si trova tra la cucina e il soggiorno. Il cortile ha 3 tavoli, 10 sedie, una sezione 5 pezzi, un pozzo del fuoco. Due materassi king e due materassi queen sono realizzati da Sealy, un materasso matrimoniale è realizzato da Stearns & Foster. Ci sono cinque televisori con ROKU express (3000+ canali). Tre sono nelle camere da letto, due nei salotti. Tutti i mobili sono fatti da marchi famosi, la maggior parte sono nuovi di zecca, altri provengono dalle mie altre case. Campi da golf nelle vicinanze: Bear Creek Golf Complex, Seville Golf & Country Club, Trilogy Golf Club a Power Ranch. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare solo 6 persone, tuttavia abbiamo 10 sedie da pranzo (in 3 set), in più vi offriamo 2 eleganti set di porcellane fini, ognuno può servire da 8 a 12 persone.

Sul cortile, c'è una Spa / vasca idromassaggio in stile club di Costco / Sam. Poiché la maggior parte delle persone viene qui in inverno, le persone usano raramente la Spa / vasca idromassaggio, quindi abbiamo deciso di NON mantenere la Spa / vasca idromassaggio. Se non funziona, NON chiedere la riparazione o pulirlo. Grazie per la comprensione.

ci sono due cinture verdi, un campo da basket nella comunità. Una comunità lacustre è a meno di un miglio da questa casa.

Host was very responsive. Amenities were as advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, and roomy, everything worked, plenty of linens for the beds and also in case someone needed to sleep on one of the huge sofas (not needed for my family). I would stay again if I go back to the area.

Gilbert Post Christmas

Needed a place close to relatives house and this place met our needs. Plenty of room and easy location. A bit short on needs in the kitchen, bathroom toiletries but all in all met our needs Communication with with the property managers was OUTSTANDING. Very helpful and responsive. This made the trip even better. Fantastic assistance from them.

Dirty and Dangerous

Pots and pans were badly scratched and we had to wash them. There was a tee shirt was stuffed under the couch pillow cushions and there were beer caps under there as well. The carpet runners were upside down, so we flipped them right side up and they tripped two people next to the stairs. To be fair, I called the house cleaner who came right away and cleaned the couches and changed some light bulbs that were out. We had a great time in the area and once all the initial stuff was taken care of, I give it two stars.

Not well equipped, broken items

The size of the house and location were great. The beds were comfortable. However, the house was not well prepared. The couch was broken (with a sign - don't sit on this end), the bar stool was broken, the 2nd one also broke but in the garage. Several outdoor chairs were broken. There were beer bottle caps all in the back yard as well as broken bottles. There was a missing screen on the kitchen window. The kitchen was not well stocked - no measuring spoons, measuring cups, no mixing bowels, only one warped frying pan, and a rusted wok. No dish towels,

Family Reunion

The kitchen was not well equipped. While there were plenty of unusual sets of china and heavy odd glassware, but there were not sufficient serving pieces or drinking glasses. Cookware pieces were limited and non-stick cookware surfaces were damaged and unsafe. This property also had furniture that needs to be repaired or replaced (family room sectional piece). The outdoor furniture was not in the usable condition that was represented in the photos. Excessive area rugs, runners and plastic mats were tripping hazards for our group of 60+ year old adults.

A bunch of family together for a wedding

Great house a little short on supplies

This was a great house. Clean, comfortable, and a cid location. My only complaints are the the kitchen is lacking some dishes and utensils. The host was responsive, but a seemed miffed when we asked for more paper towels. Would be five stars otherwise.

Wonderful and comfortable!

It was wonderful staying in this VRBO. The host was very responsive, we didn’t have to wait long at all. Very friendly and quick to help us when needed anything. The house was very well equipped. We were very comfortable while we waited to close on our home. I recommend this place and would stay again.

Family Gatherings

House was great just as described plus some. Mom wished there were a broom available so she could clean up a small spill she made. Some furniture can be replaced but overall we all enjoyed our stay!

A place to stay

Very nice neighborhood, stores are not far, neighbors are friendly, the community is quite and I did get my run in the morning around the community, and I felt safe there too. I had a wonderful time.

Disappointing

One positive I can say is that the owner was very responsive to my emails. Other than that it was not a great experience. The house smelled like cigarettes and the carpets are filthy. There are rugs all over the house as pictured and they can be a tripping hazard. The water leaks in the shower and on the side of the house. When I brought my concerns to the owner he did not believe me that the house smelled. He did offer to give us our money back if we wanted to leave but we were in between moves and needed a place close to kid schools that allowed pets and without notice it would be very inconvenient to move, so we decided to suck it up and stay.

GILBERT house for a large family

While the listing said a house slept 15...we only had 10 and I couldn’t imagine what we would have done with 5 more people!!! But it might work for others. The house okay especially if you like art.

The Art House

The house was large and very nice according to the web site. I had a minor issue when I arrived but the owner promptly came and took care of it. There are few things that could have made our stay a bit more comfortable. ... The mattress in the fifth bedroom needs to be replaced. Anyone who slept in it would sink in the middle. ..... It’s nice to have a nice big coffee maker but it would be more practical to have coffee mugs instead of tea service cups that I was afraid to use in case they broke. Many of the dishes are nice but not microwaveable. .... I stayed in the house for three weeks. Things get dirty. It would be nice to have a vacuum to maintain the rooms. An old broom does not do the job especially when there is no pan to use for pick up. ...... The owner is trying to protect the rugs by laying down other rugs on top. This created a hazard walking around since many of the ends were curling up making it easy to trip. The stair rug protectors were constantly moving. A guest almost went tumbling down because of this. The rugs should be eliminated. It makes it easier to maintain. As I said before, it’s a very nice house and well situated but needs a few changes.

Stay for Wedding in Gilbert

Very good experience and good communication. The house is nice and clean. Only concerns is that there is only seating for meals for 6 inside and that the kitchen is not well stocked.
